Paul's Appliance contracted *** *** *** *** *** *** *** to deliver my refrigerator. The owner is *** ***. I did not get a delivery paper from them when delivering, Everything they did was not up to any type of proper way to do
business. They did not put anything on the floor before bringing in refrigerator which ensued in scratching and gouging the wood. Also the refrigerator was scratched and dented *** has repeatedly refused to answer any of my calls or pay for the damage to the floor. He initiated the call to the flooring company to call me and schedule the refinishing of the floor. I was finally able (after months) to get Paul's to pay for the floor since *** *** was their agent. I just want others to know that *** from *** *** is a dishonest, sleazy business man and not to do any business with him. It will not be a good experience!
