December 4, 2015 To Whom it May Concern: Robert W. Pauley  was called to a accident on 9/13/2015 in WCH, I was on my way to tow a car from Wilmington, I had to call my customer and tell him I had a State Patrol call which was over 14 miles to the accident. When I got there the driver changed...

his mind and had called AAA. To be fair with everything since the driver changed his mind for us to not to tow his vehicle I charged him $50 for showing up since he said for the State Patrolman to call next one on the list of wrecker drivers. Then he got upset starting cussing me out in front of my wife and the state patrolman.
