In regards to complaint by [redacted] there are a few things not exactly stated rightWe have had a bad summer as far as help goesNever at any time during this period were we told how dissatisfied the [redacted] wereWe had stored their boat at no charge for the winterThey had taken this boat to M & D's boat shop before it came to us so we came into the picture after they had been into the motor areaWe did winterize the engine at no charge and put it up for winter since it was so late in the seasonDuring the winter our mechanic quit and moved awayWe hired a new person who did not work outWe then hired another person who we thought was a good mechanicHe toid us the boat was repairedHe did run the boat out in the lake and reported to us it was fixedDuring this time we lent the [redacted] a runabout to use at their pleasure which they did soWhen we started our boat up we found out there was a problem that they never mentioned to us when they brought it backThey paid us and picked up boatWe then received notice from bank that payment had been stopped on checkThey never called to tell us thisWe had no notice of something wrong on their boatWe called them and told them to bring back to us to see what was wrong after they stopped check but they never gave us a chanceWe stand behind our work and would have made things right had we been given the opportunity
