August 17th 2017There are always to sides to every story, Mr [redacted] purchased this vehicle at a substantially discounted price AS-IS, He owed a portion of his down payment to us after the sale.He claimed that the battery was bad and emailed us and I said I would help by taking the cost off of the balance owed , He went and spent over $on a battery, I could have bought several batteries with that much money.These other issues came up after he was pressed to pay remaining balanceOn several occasions he was asked to bring vehicle to the shop we use and trust on price, He was always too busy, he then insisted to take it to a chevrolet only shop which I declined after Being taken advantage of with the battery.Any offer of help was a goodwill gesture and withdrawn after being threatened with an attorneyAt this point he has not paid his balance with usHe purchased a year old vehicle with over 140,miles on it which has been out of factory warranty for over years, and was sold discounted AS-IS.The offer to repair the park brake is still there, Even after the nasty things he wrote about us on the facebook page.But the other repairs being done at franchis chevrolet store are unreasonable and would likely cost more than he paid for the vehicle to begin with, and should have been negotiated in to the price at time of sale.We encourage our customers to have these vehicles inspected at their expense if they choose to it's up to them.Thank YouPaul’s Auto SalesFranklin Blvd Eugene, Or

I am rejecting this response because: This is totally a statementFor one thing I did not buy the truck at a discounted priceThe battery issue happened the day after I bought it and they acted like they knew about the battery issue and the battery cost was about $Not $and that was a cheaper batterySo no you could not of purchased several batteriesThe other issues with the truck I was told they would take care of because they always take care of there customersI waited and waited for them to schedule me a appt with there shop but never did and whenever I asked about it they always told me they were going to call them but never did and still has notThis truck has so many issues and some of them are not safe and they knew I have boys I drive aroundEmergency brake is broke, heater does not work, wheel bearings are bad,fuel pump went out, oil was nasty black and had the wrong oil filter on itWas leaking oil, front blinkers did not work and headlights were full of water, Abs brake system is not working correct and is dangerousThe gas gauge is broke, what kind of business that says they care about there customers would sell a car like thisThen agree to fix the issuesI did not even ask them to I just asked for them to pay for the battery but the salesman and owner Paul said they would take care of meThey acted no surprise to the issuesThere is sides to every story and there story is the same basic story all phony businesses say.

I spoke with the complaintants son-in-law yesterday and will schedule a time to meet him at the house to go over the items that need to be addressed.The spa tub Mrs. [redacted] had us install was used and purchased on craigslist . We did check it after it was installed and it did not leak at that time....

The client was informed that the switch on the tub was broken and they would have to hire a spa tub repair man to replace it. We will do what we can do to assist them with the repair.We will fix the carpet and drywall issues immediately.Thank You,[redacted]www.[redacted].com

I am writing in response to the complaint submitted 1/5/2016 by one [redacted].I wrote to you about our situation undergoing with Ms. [redacted] and said as soon as I consulted withour attorney I would write a response.
[redacted] wrote about her purchase of our 02 mini cooper on December 11th 2015, there were afew issues with the vehicle that occurred after Ms. [redacted] took possession of the vehicle, issueswe then had no knowledge of, but out of good faith we quickly responded to the issue and got itinto the mechanics to have it fixed, after multiple allegations it was clear Ms [redacted] just wanted her old car back and out of the vehicle she purchased.
We agreed and tli d to unwind and swap her out, at this time ms [redacted] had been consulting withan attorney, when she originally came here to make the swap the very first time, she had madesome accusation in regards to being lied to and the vehicle having the odometer rolled backmultiple times. the vehicle being in " Hurricane Sandy" and multiple accidents. The vehicle come tofind out had one accident reported in the rear end with a parked vehicle. we were unaware untilthe auto check was pulled. The auto check show the car was not in the area of hurricane sandy atthe time the hurricane hit, and the odometer issues were of no consequence and car qualified fortheir buyback protection. Ms [redacted] also said there was a Dmv investigation happening on the minicooper.On February 2nd' 016 Mr [redacted], the dmv inspector, payed us a visit and found us in fullcompliance and did not understand why we offered to unwind at all. The investigation She wasinsinuation was an incomplete complaint filed by Ms [redacted]., I have included the report for you tosee. 
We Have unwound the deal and returned Ms [redacted] to her original vehicle as a goodwill gesture,we feel we did nothing wrong but understand you can not always please everybody all the time.If you have any further questions for me feel free to call .
