bought car as is !!!!!!in the end I bought the car back plus her [redacted] fees I gave her back and [redacted] agreed I DID NOT HAVE TO BUY IT BACK BUT I DID !!!!!!!!!!CASE SETTLED!!!!

Hi [redacted]   as far as this complaint goes first of all I picked up the tab for rental car for over 1 month and the customer crashed 2 rental cars and the 3rd one he totalled the rental car thats why he was left without a rental because he kept crashing the cars the RENTAL CAR PLACE WOULD NOT...

RENT HIM ANY MORE CARS !!!! # 2 I saved his DEDUCTABLE and I also sent people to his house to give him rides then he brought car back and I had to rent him a car in my name so he can drive a car I had his car for 3  days to fix odds and ends and did so while I paid for yet another rental I ended up losing money on job but I kept going to make customer happy !!!!!!P S I also fixed the 1 first rental for the first rental car place beleive me between saving deductables renting customer rental cars fixing rentals sending cars to his house for rides etc etc ,,,,,,,,, I went above and beyound!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Review: I have a 2014 [redacted] I purchased in June 2014. I was involved in a car accident on August,16 2014. A friend referred me to [redacted], who owns Paul's Automotive, I brought the vehicle over there on August 18th, 2014 to do the repair work (front end damage). [redacted] is my insurance carrier , Policy# [redacted] was the adjuster involved and told me he already gave [redacted] two checks. The first one amount of 10,754.13 dated 8/24/2014 which was cashed. The second was in the amount of 1,583.86 which was also cashed that same day. It has been almost 3 months that [redacted] has had my car and still with out my vehicle. I have called [redacted] a number of times, I leave messages he does not call me back. When I do speak to [redacted] its all lies. [redacted] has been telling me for 3 weeks he is waiting for the hood. [redacted] tells me when do speak with him. The hood is coming today. He has been telling that for ever. At this point I do not think there is a hood ordered or coming in. I believe there is no money left for [redacted] to order the hood. I honestly think I am never going to see that car againDesired Settlement: I would like for the bbs to contact [redacted] and get him to finish the job that he has been paid for

Review: To whom it may concern I'm filing a complaint against this company,I had repairs done back in October,10 2014 I did not receive my car back for 4 months, now that the warm weather is here all the paint is bubbling up on car in some areas paint has fall/ cracked off. I went to get an estimate to see how much additional repair will be, that's when I learned, the entire job has to be redone, costing a additional 5,000 also found out after the car was evaluated Paul's auto was paid to remove/replace (r) quarter outer Pana a sum of $948.73 part was never replaced, also to many coats of paint, is making paint Crack, I refuse to go back to Paul's for any Additional services due to the fact, he had my car for repairs for to long of a time, also Paul refuse to give me a reciept for all repairs that were done. Please investigate. Thank you in advance.Desired Settlement: I will like a full refund of all monies paid in full for the job done by Paul's auto to get the job done correctly, also this is fraudulent done by Paul in many ways 1) he owes me $871 dollars from a car rental,2) paint is bubbling and peeling off my car 3)my car was in his possession for well over 4 months, I'm not satisfied and feel as though I been totally taken advantage of.

Review: I purchased a car from Paul the owner of Paul's Auto. There was a 30 warranty on the car and he was supposed to bring it through emissions and do a safety check on the vehicle. When he delivered the car to me I immediately noticed the horn and wipers did not work, the brakes were pulsating and the airbag light is on. On top of that the car failed emissions twice due to the codes being "Not Ready" because he keeps clearing the codes. Now I have had the vehicle parked and went to move it off the street to the back of a building and the front axle broke and the front of the car dropped to the ground. I needed to call [redacted] to have the vehicle towed back to his place. He doesn't acknowledge his responsibility for a dealership to ensure people's safety. The only thing that has been fixed from this list is the wiper motor. In a month that is the only effort he put into making his word good. I need help! Now I have a broken, unsafe car that will not pass emissions. Oh yeah the gas neck where you pump your gas is cracked. This man knew he was ripping me off from the very beginning and did not have any integrity, there is no meaning in his words.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. I did not get what I paid for and I do not trust him to make the repairs. I have already given him more than a reasonable amount of time to make things right and they keep getting worse. I do not want to deal with this man on any basis.

I am rejecting this response because:He did not sell as is. He fraudulently registered the car selling it from the previous owner on the title instead of his business. Next to "no refund" on the written contract he included Emissions and a safety check. He delivered the car with failed emissions, horn and wipers not working, bad brakes, and the airbag light on. These are the "odds and ends" he is referring to which is part of the initial contract with a 30 DAY WARRANTY. The entire month I owned the vehicle it was sitting in his lot waiting for repairs that he kept putting off.It is ok to close this case. I did get my money back from [redacted] and he was fined for paperwork violation due to the failed emissions and illegal registration. I did want to clarify the lies he sent to you.

Review: on 12/13/14 I brought my 2014 [redacted] to [redacted] to be repaired for an accident I was involved in on 12/9/14. The insurance company paid him over $7,000 to replace the rear passenger door as well as the rear bumper among a few other items that had been damaged in the accident. The items listed were repaired however they were not replaced by new ones as the insurance company had instructed him to do so and paid for. He has not given me any paperwork on what work was done on my car and I have tried various times to get in touch with him and he has avoided me. He kept my car from 12/13/14 until 1/19/2015. Per the insurance company the repairs that needed to be done should not have taken that long.Desired Settlement: At this point I do not want him to do any more work on my car because it is evident that he scams people. I would like a refund either to the insurance company or me so that I can take it elsewhere and have those parts replaced seeing as though the car is brand new with less than 8,000 miles on it.
