Paul's Discount Glass & Tire Auto Repair

I took my 2013 Nissan Rogue to the business on 04/14/2020 to get my windshield repaired(214.00) and I returned on 04/21/2020 or somewhere in that time frame to get my brakes done. I was told I needed both front and back brakes done along with the rotors which would cost me 300 plus dollars. After the work was completed the person who did the repair did a test drive and returned it to me. I paid 397.93 for the complete job tax and all and upon me leaving I heard what appeared to be metal to metal but I just thought it would go away. I know the individual heard it also and I asked him was the vehicle good and did I need anything else fixed..he said, NO-nothing else was in need of repairing and it was all good. So I left and after a week's time went by, the metal to metal sound kept getting louder; it basically sounded like I did not get the pads and rotors. So I called and spoke with a male who said he was the manager. He said it just might be the dust that needs to wear off it should go away but if it does not bring it in. That is exactly what I did, I rode to laurel ms to see about getting it done and was told it would be a 2 hour wait to get to me. so I left. but I returned on 05/07/2020 at least 10 minutes before 10 am. I see a couple there and another gentleman in the waiting area. I inquired how long it would take after I explained the issue again and informed also that my rear view mirror is now falling off also. I gave my keys and the receipt to the male I was speaking with and went outside and sat. An elderly couple arrived and their truck was immediately taken to begin repairs, then an office or the law arrived and I advised him that he would get his vehicle looked at before mines and low and behold, they took his car (police car) in and came back to tell him it was his brake pads and rotors. Then another couple came in and was told to pull their vehicle around to the area to be looked at..all the while my vehicle still sits. I am requesting my money as I do not believe the job was done
