Dr. [redacted] has only been charged for services in which she has collected payment from either the insurance company, or Dr. [redacted] patients. She was already refunded for an error on OBC's behalf. Dr. [redacted] made errors when submitting credentialing information, which has already been discussed...

with her directly. She has never been charged for anything that she had not collected on, as we only collect on EOB's we receive.

I am rejecting this response because:I have paid for services that OBC has not completed (while credentialing services were not completed by OBC, yet paid in full by [redacted], this is not the subject/complaint I have reached out to Revdex.com to mediate). I am being billed 7% of insurance and patient collections, yet [redacted] has not received payment. I have reached out multiple times through email since June to discuss this, yet have received no response. The only correspondence I have received from OBC is 2 bills (for services/collections not received). Per the contract between OBC and [redacted] the following points have not been met by OBC: -"OBC agrees to promptly address any questions or concerns the client brings to its attention"-"OBC agrees to submit clients claims in an accurate and timely manner, within five business days of receiving them"-"OBC agrees to submit secondary claims on behalf of its clients"-"OBC agrees to resubmit rejected claims on behalf of its clients"-"OBC agrees to work clients EOBs in an accurate and timely manner"-"OBC agrees to communicate with the client if additional information is required to receive payment" -"OBC agrees to work client's accounts receivable once a month"-"OBC agrees to bill patients on behalf of its clients"

Dr. [redacted] is only charged based off EOB's which explain payment or if it is non-payment she is charged the $6.50/claim. If Dr. [redacted] can prove she was charged for claims that were not submitted on her behalf by OBC, we would be more than happen to refund those fees. We have went above and beyond with refunding Dr. [redacted], to the point where we have lost money on her account, all the while proving her constant accusations of wrong doing have been blown out of proportion and inaccurate.
