Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: You tried everything to resolve the matter EXCEPT TOUCH BASE WITH ME in any kind of form, Mr. [redacted]s. What you are forgetting to state, is that, on BOTH occasions, when I had work done by a mechanic I TRUSTED, did I EVER ask or expect you to pay for. I left you the receipts so you knew what I was doing. You are acting like taking the car to MY mechanic after yours ordered the incorrect part, is a crime. You are acting as though when the shifter went out and I took it to my mechanic to get fixed, and the only time I said anything to you about it was when I gave you the receipt for proof, is a crime. Bad doings and such. You sir, are a fraud. I NEVER stated it wasn't working, but when I gave Mr. [redacted] the key that night, in the front seat, was the seal that FELL IN ON ME AS I WAS DRIVING, in pieces as it had fallen. Yes, it worked, but the same car Mr. [redacted]s sold for me years ago, had a sunroof leak issue; he knows how afraid of possible MOLD AROUND MY CHILD I am. You never said you would talk to me about the issue with the sunroof. Your exact words on the PHONE (as you stated we were in person, which we were not, as you are now contradicting yourself yet again) "Well, you owe me $58.51. See you when you get here." When I dropped the car off to Mr. Farris, I told him "either fix the rest of the car's problems or refund my money" AND I'VE NOT HEARD FROM THE DEALERSHIP SINCE UNTIL I PUT IN MY COMPLAINT WITH THE Revdex.com. In regards to his social media blasting, I shared my initial email to the Revdex.com on social media. I didn't "tag" anyone, but plenty of people within the community tagged thier friends and family. More than a few shared VERY SIMILAR stories, just like mine. I absolutely gave them a 1star review where I could, as I don't take being taken advantage of, lightly. And why, what I'm driving now, has anything to do with THIS subject, is even being brought up, is ridiculous. My child needs to get to therapy, school, medically extended daycare, specialists, ect. SOMEHOW, and since Mr. [redacted]s took my vehicle and had not contacted me AT ANY TIME SINCE IT HAD BEEN DROPPED OFF, I, as the Mother, must make sure she gets where she needs to be. I gave Mr. [redacted]s between 30-45 days after I dropped the vehicle off for either repair or refund before I proceeded with a formal Revdex.com complaint. I gave him beyond 45 days to give him 1star reviews, and now I'm giving him 60 days before I file a complaint with the DMV.
Regards,
[redacted]

We have tried every thing to resolve this matter. we would only repeat what we have already stated. Ms [redacted] decided for what ever reason not to use the mechanic we had scheduled for the service nor inform us that she would have preferred to take it to. $350.00 of the $700.00 she claims to have spent went towards her first car payment and not maintenance. when contacted by her and given the balance of her tag Ms [redacted] objected and then told us about the sunroof not working. We stated to her that we would talk to her about it when she came in. she was unreasonable, angry and did not come in to speak about the matter. Instead her boyfriend called to inform us that she would be returning the car and that we better return his money or else. based on his statement we contacted the local police and let it be known. I was not present when Ms [redacted] actually dropped off the car but she did not ask for a tag nor a resolution to any problem she wanted to address. She told [redacted] Farris for me not to call her or contact her unless I had her downpayment money. she did not ask for her tag nor tell us to look at the sunroof which was operating properly. As far as her bank is concerned that she said was upset as us has gone unfounded. We are an A rated dealer with this bank and this can be verified aling with the date and time of her first payment by call mt rep [redacted] at ###-###-#### Ext 376 or [redacted] at EXT 155.It was the customers decision not to honor her commitment to the bank in regards to the car. Our GREAT relationship with said bank may have allowed us to fix it but we understand that not all problems can be resolved. We are the same company and friend that helped Ms [redacted] sell her previous car when asked and the same company and friend who would allow her to borrow a car when she needed on on occation to take her daughter wherever she needed when asked and avialable to do so. We see her practically  everyday driving a car bought from this company by her boyfriend and can assure you we would have done what we put in writing on the WE OWE we forwarded earlier had we gotten the opportunity to complete the WE OWE work order. Again we did not get that opportunity. She decided to not pay us the $500.00 that was due and not come see me to talk about the balcance on the tag when I called her to come pick it up.She has blasted us on social media, tag other customers and went out of her way to slander our name on something she created on her own. If you follow the facts you will see that we tried to satisfy our commitments to Ms. [redacted] with little to no help or cooperation from her at all.TINPUSHER LLC801 S STATE ST UNIT 10+11BUNNELL, FL 32110TEL: ###-###-####FAX: ###-###-####

This is in reponse to the complaint filed by [redacted] on her vehicle purchase on March 16th, 2016. Ms [redacted] purchased the Chrysler 300 from our dealership. Her boyfriend had stated that he would help her get a car once he finished with his purchase. She brought in 1000 down but needed 1500...

total down payment. AS she stated I had considered her and her boyfriend friends but tried to stay out of thier personal problems between them. She stated she would bring in the balance once she got it from him. They were not together at the time of purchase so I just told her okay bring it in latter. Attached is the WE OWE that we put into every deal and in the we owe we stated that we would replace the throttle body and give them an oil change. The vehicle had already been inspected but was waiting on the parts to come in so that it could be completed. Ms [redacted] was not able to bring the car in at the appropriate time and thus we had to reschedule the appointment. She came by our office and picked up the parts for the car but did not drop off the additional 500.00 for the downpayment,. She stated that her boyfriend would later. Ms [redacted] never took the vehicle to shop for the appointment. Once I contacted her about the balance of the down payment she stated that her boyfriend wasn't going to pay it because he had to get the car fix and that it wasn't the throttle body. However they didn't take it to the shop that I had it scheduled. I asked her to please bring the parts so that I could return them. She did but I was unable to return the parts. She later called about the tag in which I informed her that the tag was $59.00 more than her tag credit. She objected and I told her We would talk about it when she got here to pick up the tag. As a acquantaince  of hers and her boyfriend, knowing they were separated at the time and had been going through alot  i knew that I would not recoup my losses so I didnt' think anything of it when she called for the tag and I told her that I would talk to her when she got here. That is when she stated that the sunroof was not working. She cursed me out about the 59.00 and the next phone call I got was from her boyfriend telling me that they wanted their money back and if I didnt give to him he would F me up once he got off probation. I took the threat seriously enough to contact the authorities because He was on probation for a violent act. I did not want him to get into trouble though because during his arrest and job loss I had helped him finacially and otherwise to get through his hardships as much as I could as a friend so I had already chalked up the loss to include the 59.00. she came by and dropped off the vehicle with insults although I wasn't there. My WE OWE clearly states that we were going to do what we put in writing. We just never got the opportunity nor did the mechanic we paid to diagnos the problem got a chance to complete the work.TINPUSHER LLC801 S STATE ST UNIT 10+11BUNNELL, FL 32110TEL: ###-###-####FAX: ###-###-####

Customer was quoted a price by an ex-employee of Duell Plumbing and Drain Cleaning who referred us to do the work for him.  He quoted a typical cable snake sewer cleaning machine.  The ex-employee called Duell and said that the cable snake would not work in her situation and needed the...

larger jetting machine due to space constraints.  When Duell Techs arrived at customer's house, customer was quoted price for the jetting machine, she then referred back to the quote given by the ex-employee which was about half of the actual price for that machine.  Duell then reduced the price by $96 to help offset the confusion in pricing.  The jetting machine is a 2 man operation, hence the additional cost is using the jetting machine.
