Mr. [redacted], along with his two daughters and son-in-law came to pick up his vehicle.  After a very thorough inspection of the vehicle, all parties expressed 100% satisfaction on the work that was completed.  His daughters even went an extra step after the vehicle was delivered to bring me...

back a gift to show appreciation. After the vehicle was delivered the customer expressed concerns with a part of the vehicle that was not involved in the accident nor that we worked on. I explained to the customer that the part of the vehicle he was concerned with was not painted properly when the car was built.  I brought all of this to the families attention when the vehicle was delivered regarding the 'flaws' with the existing paint work, not from us. Customer called after a week of having his vehicle back wanting to know if we could repair that part of the vehicle and bill the insurance. Again, not something we did. I spoke with [redacted] with SCA appraisal and he agreed to pay Paul's Paint and Body to refinish the part that the customer has concern with for customer service satisfaction. We scheduled the vehicle to be brought back in on 8/14/17 to have that work completed. Mr. [redacted] did not show up that day (it was raining so I assumed he did not want to bring his vehicle out.)  I called Mr. [redacted] on 8/15/17 to confirm he was still bringing his vehicle to the shop.  Mr. [redacted] said 'I don't know what I am going to do.' At that point, Mr. [redacted] became belligerent. The work that was completed and paid for has already been re-inspected by [redacted] (Mr. [redacted]'s insurance company.)  [redacted] already called to express that we did a great job and that we went above and beyond on the work that was completed.  [redacted] can be contacted at [redacted] concerning our credibility on this job. The customer has asked us to repair things on his vehicle that is not related to the accident and bill his insurance company.  At that point, this is when the customer became unhappy.  Paul's Paint and Body refuses to commit insurance fraud to please a customer and that's what Mr. [redacted] is asking for. Thank you,[redacted]Paul's Paint and Body [redacted]
