Review: I have been to this restaurant 3 times 1)time I order there they took 45min to give us our food we go there on our 1hour lunch 2) time I got there they give me my order wrong totally wrongthis last time 3)will be my las time in my life I order 30 minutes before I got there wen I got there my order was not ready they said have to wait 35 minutes to get my ordersupervisor in turn ([redacted]) was rude porr customer service just give me my money back leftback to work with noo food in my stomag for another 5 hours of work for the poos service thereif this is not fast food restaurant please let customers know that,or hire people taht knowwhat their doing I ask ([redacted]) for manager or owners name REFUSES to give me that informationreason I decided to report them to B.B.B soo all the people know the kind of bussines theyare running. I will never go back to them ever in my lifeDesired Settlement: need a phone call from the owner [redacted] and explained to hem the kind of people he has working [redacted].....customer service specialist in orange county.......I will train your people for free.

Review: We were a party of 4 and each of us ordered a full meal. We complained about my grand-daughter's hotdog smothered with catsup. After requesting a new hotdog they just scraped off the catsup and gave it back to us. We complained about this to the owner which did not help us at all. She screamed at my daughter at the counter saying that we should have told them that our child has allergies. Next she walked to our table and screamed at us again. We told her to leave us alone and let us eat but by this time we lost our appetites and left the restaurant. We got ripped off $30.00! The food was cold and the service was very bad. By the way flies were a pest while eating... I have seen the workers handle food after cleaning and not washing their hands.

Please read yelp you will see tons of complaints.Desired Settlement: The restaurant/owner should refund our money of $30.00 because she did not let us enjoy our lunch due to her yelling at us at the top of her voice. Even when we asked her to leave us alone and let us eat she did not, and asked if she was bothering us. My family and I just left for this lady just ruined our lunch over her poor/bad behavior. This was all over them fixing a child hot dog. We did not even try to get our money back if this was the reaction we got over a hot dog.

To Whom It May Concern:

The purpose of this letter is to respond to the complaint made by [redacted] dated July

22, 2014, as the incident in question did not happen as the customer stated. On July 22,

2014, the customer ordered a hot dog and the hot dog was prepared and given to the customer. The

customer informed the cashier that she did not want ketchup on the hot dog and the cashier handed

the hot dog to the cook who removed the ketchup, replaced the bun and then returned the hot dog to

the customer. The customer became very upset that the cook removed the ketchup and returned the

same hot dog.

The customer informed me about the situation and I immediately told the cook to prepare another hot

dog for the customer. The customer explained to me that she did not want the hot dog with ketchup

because the child for whom the hot dog was for was allergic to ketchup. I asked the customer if

she told the cashier about this at the time she placed the order and the customer stated that she

had not.

I apologized to the customer for the incident and requested that she inform the cashier in the

future to never put ketchup on any of the food that may be for the child who is allergic to

ketchup. The customer told me that I lost a lifetime customer. I asked the customer if she was

leaving over this incident and the customer told me to go away and leave them alone. I respected

her directive to leave her alone and I walked away and at no time during this incident did I ever

raise my voice or disrespect the customer in any way. The customer and her party finished their

meal and shortly after stated that they were leaving because they lost their appetite.

In addition, the customer mentioned in her complaint that she observed workers touching food after

cleaning, however, the cooks are the only employees who prepare food and at no time do they ever


I've been in business for 35 years and 14 of those years at this location. It is unfortunate and

rare that our effort to resolve an issue is not appreciated by a customer.
