Review: The contractor never returned to complete work and cleanup, but accepted final payment on terms he would. I have repeatedly tried to contact him via his cell phone, as I am not generally on the internet (I had to ask my children to help me to even send this).Desired Settlement: I want the work complete to my satisfaction or the final payment refunded with interest, as it has been months.Thank you.
