I had my car towed to AAMCO on a Monday, the manager said it should be ready on TuesdayCalled on Tuesday and was told he had been too busy to look at it and if we wanted it in a hurry we shouldn't have called him because he was very busyCalled on Wednesday, he quoted me $said it should be ready ThursdayCalled on Thursday, it was ready but the price came to $because it took longer than he thought and they had to make a part so it would fit correctly and he was already losing money on the jobI found this place to be very unprofessionalThey are not customer service oriented at allI do work in the service industry and when we tell someone something we stand by it or at least call to communicate if there may be changesI would not go here again nor would I recommend it to anybody else
Totally wonderful place to take your vehicle They care about you and your ride like it's their child Don't bother going to other places who are not certified or know what they are doing with your car Believe me! I did it and Aamco had to fix the negligence***, the manager, is very knowlegeable and takes the time to explain the problem so that you understand ***, the office manager, is a sweetheart and you can even use a loaner car to get to work and back Makes for a great feeling, every time I have gone there The only place to take your vehicle; I wouldn't trust anyone else They are simply the best!
