We are sorry that Mr*** is unhappy with the dealWhen the deal was written we agreed to make his final lease payments on his Honda Accord as part of the deal. The Accord wasn't being used as a trade in as it was going back to the lease company (AHFC) since the final
payments were madeThere was no agreement for the dealer to cover any other charges between Mr*** and AHFC such as over mileage, excess wear and tear, or damage to the vehicle.We have explained this to Mr***We had also looked in to this matter again as Mr*** posted a bad Google review online claiming we liedWe have also double checked with the salesperson *** who moved out of state but we still have regular contact with himWe have no standard document that Mr*** feels went missing.That being said, we do not want Mr*** to continue being upset with usWhile we feel the bill he has from AHFC is his responsibility, we will agree to pay it if it is as represented in the complaint in order to try to mend our relationship.Please have him forward the bill to *** ** *** *** ***)If it is for mileage we will pay itWe hope Mr*** will think a little better of us even though he has clearly been aggravated by the situation.Thank You
