our years in business, we have literally done thousands of car/motorcycle rimsTypically, unless otherwise requested by customer, we coat the entire rim*** ***t made no such request and stated afterwords, "that we should have known better"Also, *** supplied us his rims previously sandblastedThere was no masking performed prior to blasting and all surfaces of the rim, including the bearing surfaces, had been blastedIt is industry standard to coat all blasted surfaces in order to seal the surface and to prevent oxidation of the substrate*** *** *** picked up his rims, he was informed by his mechanic that the bearing surfaces "should have" been masked. When *** *** called me regarding this he was hostile and aggressive in his tone, once again stating that "I should have known better" and that he wanted me to strip and redo his rims at no charge. I explained to him that I felt that this was not our fault, that he should have specified the masking when he dropped off the rimsHe became more irate and verbally abusive and it was at this time that I chose to end the phone conversationIf you wish to discuss this further, please do not hesitate to contact me directly @ ***

business, we have literally done thousands of car/motorcycle rims. Typically, unless otherwise requested by customer, we coat the entire rim. [redacted]t made no such request and stated afterwords, "that we should have known better". Also, [redacted] supplied us his rims previously sandblasted. There was no masking performed prior to blasting and all surfaces of the rim, including the bearing surfaces, had been blasted. He became more irate and verbally abusive and it was at this time that I chose to end the phone conversation.
