Review: I called Pave Rite to inquire about an estimate on repaving my driveway. I received a quote from [redacted] from Pave Rite by e-mail. I accepted the bid and was told by e-mail from [redacted] that the contract would be mailed out. I was to sign it and mail it back. He stated that the job would be scheduled in the next few weeks after the contract was received. I signed and returned it on 8/19/13. I had not heard anything from them for several weeks. I called and talked to the secretary. I told her that I was waiting for a date for the work to be done. She took my info and said that someone would call. No one did. I called back a week later and was told the same thing. I called back again after several days of not having my call returned. I was told by the secretary that she would talk to Mr. [redacted] have him call me. He never has. This is now April 2014. I still am in need of having my driveway paved but it will not be by Pave Rite.Desired Settlement: I would like to see the business' A+ rating be lowered because this is not even C service let alone A+ service.

Review: This company was hired to pave my mother's ([redacted]) driveway. The written estimate stated that there was a 1 year guarantee. The driveway was installed 23 September 2014.

Last month I noticed that several areas were wearing thin and the blacktop was breaking down and coming apart. I emailed the salesman who gave us the estimate with my concerns on 13 September 2015. I received a reply email on 14 September from the salesman’s wife instructing me to call Pave-Rite’s office and talk with Michelle.

I had also emailed Pave-Rite’s office on 13 September 2015, but never received a reply. On 15 September 2015, I called Pave-Rite’s office and talked with Michele and she stated she would convey my concerns to the owner, Mr. Jack A[redacted]. But as of the date of this complaint, I have not received any contact from Pave-Rite.Desired Settlement: I would like them to come out and fixe the areas that are bad.

I found Pave Rite Inc online and hired them after I read their good testimonials. They paved my garden and my pool. The prices were reasonable and fair. The work results were beautiful and strong.

Review: Pave Rite resurfaced my double wide driveway in the fall of last year (2014) and did an excellent job. In January 2015 I noticed when shoveling snow that a crack had developed from one side of the driveway to the other side about half way down its length. In January I phoned Pave Rite and asked them to look at the crack when the weather changed in Spring and give me a quote to sealcoat the driveway (assuming that was all that would be needed to insure the crack did not worsen). I phoned in May asking them to come out so the crack could be checked and the driveway could be sealed. I was told the estimator would come out. He didn't. I phoned again in June and was told the same thing and no estimator came. In early July I stopped at their office and made the same request, with no action received. Mid July I stopped at their office a second time but again there has been no result.Desired Settlement: Either tell me they do not want to do the job and I should find someone else; or, come out and see if the crack should be tarred or just seal coated and seal coat the driveway before more water gets to the base and the crack gets worse.

We had our driveway & front porch done in cobblestone pavers. Overall we're very pleased with the outcome. The project manager was helpful from start to finish. The crew was always on time, stayed on task & were wonderful about clean up, too. From our experience, we would highly recommend Pave-Rite Inc.

My Wife and I just completed a project with Pave Rite Inc company as the contractors. They installed a pergola over our BBQ island and also installed synthetic grass in our rear yard. From start to finish, the project manager was on the scene and made sure that all aspects of the job were to our satisfaction. We could not have asked for better supervision and management during the entire process. We could no be more pleased with the outcome. Everything Pave Rite Inc promised us was delivered in a timely, efficient and professional manner. Thanks for a job well done.

Review: I wanted my driveway sealed and a crack patched. They did seal my driveway but only filled the crack with sealant which shrank and exposed the crack again. I called them several times to patch the crack better but they will not respondDesired Settlement: patch the crack correctly
