I had spoken to [redacted] that we would come do the stone for when we were in her area.We have not done her area yet and when we are in her area I will gladly do it for herShe knows this already and we will gladly do it when we are back in her neighborhood

I never heard back from him to set up a time to come and do the necessary repairsHe can contact me at [redacted] and we can set up a time I'll be more than happy to come out

My complaint is that I was told multiple times that it would be done and that he was in the area a few weeks ago and that he would do it then, but it didn't get done It is nearly a year since I was told it would be done.How about we keep this open until it actually gets done

I also found out that the warranty vet's does warranties for places like canine corral and friend's of Freddy' s (Freddy was indicted for animal cruelty charges early this year.)This is becoming exhaustingI had to visit three orher vetrinarians to find out rhe truth about this dog.Follow through with the contract.

This is the same complaint as #***The other one never got resolved and what was promised in the Revdex.com complaint by Pave Tech was never deliveredThe driveway has some major issues and it was reported right after it was installedIt was stated it would get fixed but it was never fixedSeveral

We have spoken to you numerous times and have told you that as per our contract, The Puppy Store will refund half the purchase price of the puppy for any congenital or hereditary defects with in the first 5 years of owning the puppy. Please call us to discuss resolving this complaint.

reject my request to send detail repair plan in writing. Only after written approval for the repair plan by me, the business can perform repairs according to approved plan. This decision is based on past "repair" business performed without approval which resulted in more damage to the new driveway. Now the new driveway have multiple visual patches, but water problem remains. It's not acceptable. I am collecting quotes from other reputable paving companies for repairs and need business liability insurance info to file claim for damage, if no acceptable repair proposal reached in 5 business days.Revdex.com:
 :This is the 2nd time I attempt to file a complaint to this company. the first one filed in Aug, 2014 and we heard nothing. No resolution has been provided by Revdex.com or the owner. Here we are file the complaint all over again. Last fall I hired Pave Tech to do a driveway for me. In October, he did the job. Despite the fact I ask him to schedule the pave job in the daylight time. But without notify me the change, he pushed his crew did the job in one trip and completed the job while pitch dark ~8:00pm the same night in October. Since I am not live at the address, so I did not know he did the job at the night until I heard the complaint from the people who lives at the house. After the paving job done, we discovered two major issues. 1), the new driveway pitch is incorrect. As a result, each time when raining, the water from the driveway will flow into the garage which is at one end of the driveway. The garage has never had water problem in the past! The garage was used by the resident to store goods. Due to the water problem, there are damages caused to the goods in the garage. The resident lost the storage space after we discovered there is water damage to the items stored there. 2) There are 2-3 spots in the middle of the new driveway retain water when each time it rains. Since the driveway did not prepared smooth. As a result, these dip spots will retain puddle of water each time rains. I called the owner, [redacted] right after discovered the water problem last Oct. He sent a guy came over and dump some cold asphalt patch material on the driveway. Now the new driveway looks like an old patched driveway at couple spots. I complained right after that micky & mouse "fix". In addition, the garage water issue never fixed. [redacted] said he has to wait till next year Spring when weather allowed, he will be back to fix the problem. Now we are approaching September, 2014, I called and texted him a few times, never heard back from him anymore. What I want is he needs to come back to the house immediately by Sept 10, 2014 to redo the entire driveway pitch. I am afraid that he will try to micky & mouse the job like last time again. But this time we will not allow him to mickey mouse the job. I want to have the garage water backflow problem completely fixed. What that means that he needs to take the top layer of the driveway out and repave the driveway with the correct pitch. This way, the other puddle in the driveway should also be taken care of. I do not want to see him try to dump patch material on the new driveway again. This is a new driveway and will not like to see patches in any forms. Otherwise, I want to get refund of the job $3000.Desired Outcome:Either redo the entire driveway top layer or refund me so I will hire someone to redo the driveway. I like to see the driveway pitch fix proposal in writing and make sure he will do it correctly to begin with. We will not allow his to build a barrier in front of the garage entrance in any sort. The driveway water pitch should allow the rainfall water goes into the existing drainage sink hole in the middle of the driveway, not flow towards the garage. As of now, the garage cannot be used to store any items because of the water issue. If he could not reach an agreement on how to fix the issue, I like to get refund for the job total of $3000. I have multiple photos to provide and showing the water issue and puddle patches in the driveway.,
