After five years in small business all through referral work, no advertising at all we have one displeased customer, Unfortunately, the displeased customer left voicemails thanking us for a job well done, hiring us for an additional job...

then seemed to be left with buyers remorse and a lot of name calling , harassment and threats. 
The owner called me on a Thursday evening and I met with him first thing Saturday morning. Over the phone he told me he had two items that needed to be addressed. When I arrived he expanded it to twelve items. I told him we would fix everything and he needed to sign the piece of paper saying that was it, and nothing else would resurface on Monday. I explained to him he is the first customer I have ever had to deal with and it seemed to me he would never be happy until he got some money back. 
During the forty minute meeting I was threatened by the homeowner that I had no idea who I was dealing with and he was going to get my company in big trouble. I told him he had no idea who I was either and I am very good at organization and paperwork so I was not scared. He was very intimidating along with the his buddy parked in the blue van video taping me, Again, I did nothing wrong, I was invited on the property and tried to rectify any situation.
He signed the paper and two hours later I got a phone call his wife screaming to give her a check and I was on surveillance and they did not want my company around. I told her if she did not want them to come that would be fine but I cannot give her a check for 1,500 that she was trying to extort from me threatening to go to the Revdex.com and small claims court. Someone should also let them know of invasion of privacy laws but it actually works to my benefit. 
The home owner has me being videotaped proving that I was going to rectify all items even those that had nothing to do with the job to make them happy. In her voicemail she said if we did come back she would call the police for trespassing. Demanding a check. They only paid 8.800 the claim is incorrect as most of the incoherent claim. 
As you can see we have done commercial jobs, small jobs, for the same people over and over again without one complaint, We aim to please unfortunately we were not allotted the opportunity this time. We are also seeking the $1,200 that was never paid.

Review: We had this company do [redacted] work for us totally $10,000 dollars we have receipts for. They did poor workmanship in a lot of areas. They came back one time to fix the poor workmanship but refused to fix everything because a lot of items would cost them money. They ruined our storm door and screen door with concrete. The door no longer opens right or closes. We have had another [redacted] come out and he stated we definitely need every thing fixed before the winter or we are going to have water problems. His total to fix the job is $2,000.00. They did offer us a check or come back. I no longer want this company doing work for me. The work was done by [redacted] and his workers [redacted] and [redacted]. He has not come back to the job site. He now sends his wife that knows nothing about [redacted] work. She offered us a check, we have it on tape. She said she will take a loss for the job. A check has not been received as of today. August **,2014. Wednesday. Please help. Waiting for a response.
