We contracted this business to install a concrete pad for a garage. The builders could not build on the pad because not only was it not square but it was out by more than 9 inches. Also the pad sloped to one corner that was 4 inches lower that any other corner. They would not respond to our calls until a representative from [redacted] called them. The owner was rude and hostile when he finally returned our calls. For a project that should have only taken a few days, this turned into more than 7 months. It delayed our move by that time also. We had to make repeated contact in order to get them to complete the concrete pad and drive. They would not listen to suggestion as to how to fix the problem they created and re-poured the pad, shifting it so that the end project did not line up with property line as planned originally. They broke a gas line and tried to tell us that we had to pay for the repair. Per Ohio code, Pavemax was responsible. Only after I contacted [redacted] directly did Pavemax pay for the repair. These are only a part of the issues that we had with Pavemax, I would not recommend them for anything!
