Paver Rescue

This company came in the fall and cleaned, re-sanded, and sealed our paver patio. It was fairly expensive. The next spring, we noticed our paver bricks had less color and were dull. The person who came out in June to look at our patio did not seem to think this was an issue. He said that is what the sealer does. ( I though the sealer was to bring our the color of the paver, that is why they encouraged us to do it.) As spring progressed, weeds grew and the sand between the pavers came out. We called paver rescue in early June and it took many, many phone calls to get them to uphold their warranty. They would say they were coming on Saturday....we would stay home and they would not show up or call to say they were not coming. They showed up late one Saturday and were unable to complete the job, it was too big for that late in the day. Finally, one person showed up, spent 2 hours pulling weeds and re-sanding. He did a fair job. Only fixed one area that was to be fixed, did not address the other areas that needed repair. Blew debris into the yard and did not clean it up. When he left he had was apologetic, too little too late. Never offered to refund the cost of the sealer, which was not applied properly, according to one of the people who came out and could not do the job. I would not recommend this company. I am glad we did not sign up for their program to come out every few years.
