Do not use.. this is is not a good company. I hired them to seal my driveway and the back pavers, which they said they are guaranteeing their work for 2 years. It is only 6 months and things are looking very bad. I tried to call Teddy multiple times. He only answered the first time and said he will come and check his job, but never came as he promised, and never answered back my calls. Unfortunately, I didn't do my homework correctly before I hire them. I just found out that their bad reputation is all over the net. Checked Revdex.com and their rating is very bad as well. I wouldn't hire them at all.

Merchant provided an insufficient paver job with a warranty he never backed up.
Doesn't respond to numerous calls/texts about the job they were paid for.

After numerous attempts to repair the work, I now request a refund.

Teddy talked a good talk and promised to do our repairs and clean, resand, and reseal our pavers. Now it's 7 months later and after numerous phone calls, texts, promises to come out and make it right, still nothing from him. The efflorescence is on almost all of the patio pavers and it looks horrible! This is a terrible company and the guys working for him were sullen and when I reminded them of a planter that Teddy had said they would trim the tree root and restructure the pavers they copped a huge attitude! Like I was asking too much from them. It was already in the contract. He ignored all my calls and texts and there's no other way to get in touch with him! I consider it a wake up call to never buy into the "nice guy" like Teddy! He duped me and then I read the other reviews and all of them reflected the same things that happened to me! Goodbye $3500.00! What a creep!

Pavers not sealed in accordance with contract agreement after payment of $2,200. Company would not respond to phone calls or texts after poor job.
Teddy S with PaverSealing.com aka Paver Services was initially contacted in mid June 2019 to clean and seal pavers around pool, front home entrance and driveway. Proposal by Teddy was submitted on June 14/19. A price of $2,200 was agreed upon. Work took two days and finished on 9/20/19. A check was made to Paver Services for $2,200 on 9/20/19. Initially, the pavers looked great with all weeds gone. Teddy stated verbally that no weeds would grow for 2 years following sealing. In fact, website states: "we do warranty a sealed surface for 24 months, and generally expect the treatment to last around 3 years." Weeds soon began to grow 2 weeks after treatment with texts and video evidence sent to Paversealing.com (Teddy) beginning Oct. 2. Teddy responded with "Ya, that shouldn't happen. I'll schedule for a service call." On Oct. 17/19, Teddy sent text that he will send his guys out the next day to fix the problem. No one came. Despite multiple texts and attempted phone calls, Teddy S with Paversealing.com aka Paver Services stopped responding. Specifically, 11 texts including videos were sent to Teddy S between 10/17/19 and 1/21/20 without response. Countless phone calls were also made during this time. Weeds have only progressively worsened. Warranty has not been honored. The surfaces treated now look like they did the day before treatment.

Full Refund for Services not Rendered as agreed upon/contracted

I paid to have my pavers sealed and repair of a paver walkway. The walkway was to be edged in concrete or metal which was promised but never done.
They repaired a walkway paver area behind my home, they agreed to edge the walkway so that the pavers would not move. This was never done and the pavers are moving after 14 days. Ive called and I am told that they will come back that has not happened. I paid 1058.30 by check on 2/28/20. The work began on 2/24 and the last time they were here was 3/2/20.

Desired Outcome

Repair the loose pavers and edge it so that they do not move.

Inferior work product and failure to meet guarantee with blatant intention to not correct and avoid any further communication once addressed.
Hired this company in July 2019. Contracted for paver sealing for both our driveway and patio. Paid an extra 200.00 for upgraded sand of which included a two year guarantee.

As of January 2020, we contacted the owner to share pictures of lots of weeds coming through the sans and sealant no longer in place. The owner did not respond to calls and texts. Called him from a different phone number and he answered right away. Shared he would add us to the maintenance schedule for the week of February 10, 2020 and no one showed up. Called the week of Feb 17 and was told that was a "scheduling mishap" and would look to come by this week (and would have answer to me within an hour). Called back later in the day and calls and texts went unanswered.

After researching the company online, it appears this behavior is a pattern with other clients. Check out the *** reviews in the company - similar pattern of behavior of inferior work product with "dodged" follow up when performance of product failed.

Desired Outcome

Originally, we wanted the company to correct their work and make good on their product guarantee. After reading similar experience by other customers, I am not sure this company is capable of making it right as it appears they cut drastic corners in terms of product and service. As a result, we are seeking a refund of 1/2 our payment so that we may use those funds to hire another reputable company to correct the issue properly. We also want to bring this company to the Revdex.com's attention as we wholeheartedly believe they are behaving with poor integrity and intentions (and want to save others from that).

Hired Teddy S from Paver Sealing.com to Paver Seal my new home's front pavers, and backyard pool pavers. Job start date Nov 18, 2019, job finish Nov 19, 2019. Paid in full approx. 1 week after job done.

Contract outlines warranty. I notified company numerous times , Teddy, for complaints on condtion of spots in front pavers, ants coming through, as well as pool pavers. Numerous times he promised to come out to fix. Never showed, never called. Finally he reached out to me. Rain delayed visit. Again, never heard from him, never came back.

VERY VERY upsetting. He should be thrown out of business. NO INTEGRITY at all. Not honest. Non trusting.

Warranty not honored, job done improperly
We had paversealing.com seal our pavers in the backyard and front yard. They gave us a 2 year warranty with the job. 1 month after the job, weeds were growing through all the pavers and they were extremely slippery when wet. My wife and I have tried to contact the company several times with no answer and no returned phone calls.

I would like the company to return to finish the job or a full refund

After multiple phone calls to Teddy S (including to different phone numbers that he apparently uses) he finally agreed that the job was done improperly the first time and he would send someone out to fix it. He scheduled his crew to come out to fix the problem and at least 7 times they failed to come out to fix it. I had to call him every time to ask why they did not come out and he would promise they would come out the next day. Finally, after dozens of phone calls to Teddy, someone finally came out and re-did the job. Overall it was a better job done, but there are still multiple areas that were not properly filled and already have weeds growing through. I am honestly done trying to make this guy do the job he agreed to do. We got tricked into using him from a flyer he stuck in our mailbox. I hope no one else gets tricked into using his service anymore

hired to extend brick paver patio, job was left in shambles with tons of debris that was never discarded and killed lawn, company was paid in full
Hired to install 12'x30' extension to brick paver patio. The job began on 3/5/2019 and informed me that the job was completed on 3/10/2019, at which time the company was paid in full for the job. It was not until days later that I realized they left a complete mess in the backyard, left over supplies, scrap materials, tools, over 75 trash bags containing grass, dirt, scrap materials, 4 empty pallets that the bricks were delivered on and metal re-bar rods. My son in law contacted Teddy S on 3/15/2019 that the job was not completed and that he needs his company to clean up the job site. Teddy agreed and apologized and said his workers would be there on Monday, they did not show up and then had to call Teddy. I again called and he again said he forgot to tell his workers to come. Finally days later they did come and clean up the obvious mess that you could see out the back window. But days later, when I went into the backyard I realized that the 75 trash bags, pallets and re-bar were still stashed against the fence. After repeated requests to Teddy S over an additional 2 week period of time, my son in law removed the materials himself. We requested a refund of $250 for not completing the job he was paid for, from Teddy S and he agreed, apologized and said that was fair. Teddy agreed to make payment on Monday 4/8/2019, but failed to do so, agreed again to send electronic payment Monday evening, but again failed to do so, then said he would have payment to me by Noon on Tuesday 4/9/2019 and again failed to do so. Teddy S and his company Paver Service Co. (promotes his company as Paversealing.com) realized that I am an elderly woman and felt that they could take advantage of me and the fact that I live alone. He should not be able to treat people this way.

Desired Outcome

Teddy needs to refunds $250 as agreed upon, have the grass replaced that was destroyed from leaving materials around for weeks and complete the warranty work as requested.

Pavers became cloudy. Business owner investigated and started to do remedial work but then became unresponsive.
On August 1, 2017 we paid $2585.97 to a company representing itself as PaverSealing.com. The work performed was great at first, but within a few months the pavers became cloudy.

I contacted company owner Mr. Teddy S mid-October and described the situation. He came out and investigated the situation, and said that this happens with some pavers. He said it would be remedied with a combination of pressure washing with water and subsequent treatment with Xylene.

Workers came out on October 27 and performed initial pressure washing. Both the company owner and also their employees said that they would be back the following Friday to finish the work, but have not returned.

We have expended many attempts to contact them through their web site, and phone number listed on their web site and business card (407-712-5511) but our phone calls are never returned.

Incidentally, it was difficult to find the Revdex.com business name to report them, because they go by Paver Sealing.com but according to both Revdex.com and Florida State records, that business has been defunct since 2010. It took web searches to find the appropriate place to file the account. Mr. S and his family members have filed five separate businesses with Florida State in recent years and there are no Paver Sealing entities operated by them according to ***.org.

Desired Outcome

When Mr. Teddy S came out to visit our house and examine the situation, he said that the work would consist of initial pressure washing, followed by application of Xylene. They performed the pressure washing, but nothing else. Incidentally, on a test basis I tried applying Xylene myself to selected areas and it worked, and so I can confirm that Mr. S's approach would be a good one, and it is not very difficult either. We'd just like him to finish the work as he and his employees promised that they would.
