To whom it may concern,We have been in contact with Mrs [redacted] and tried to resolve her concernsShe informed us that we cracked her driveway when we used her driveway to make a U-turn on her dead end streetShe showed us the picture of our trailer, one tire on her driveway and one tire off her driveway (in her gravel)She asked me to pay to replace her drivewayI informed her that I would look at her driveway personally and go from there with my assessmentI, with my operations manager [redacted] ***, viewed the driveway and determined the "hairline" crack she was referring to was preexisting along with other hairline cracks throughout her driveway and walkway areas I did offer Mrs [redacted] $(not admitting guilt) but for her being upset that we used her drivewayShe informed me that I could go (expletive) myself with my $I informed her that I'm again sorry for her inconvenience and that I can no longer speak with her since she's not willing to speak with me in a professional manner So now my company and I will no longer be offering to Mrs [redacted] monetary or any other compensation for using her driveway to turn around on her dead end streetAlso, I'd like to note that our trailer weighs 1,pounds empty which it was during this turn around clearly shown in her photograph and most likely weighs less than her own vehicle.Thank you, [redacted]

Hi ***,This is really not going anywhere since you keep using scare/threat tactics, which in our opinion, is not the right way to treat a customer whether it's during the project or post completionThe drain appears to be working the same before you install your systemTo reiterate again, before we even agree to anything with any of the vendors that came to quote, including you, we made it clear that the drainage was number one priority before any paving is doneYou've reassured us that the system you put it will be way sufficient and we will not experience any floodingOf course, that's not the caseWe've provided you many occasion to rectify this in a professional manner, but time and time again, you resort to threats/pressure tactics when communicating with usIf we knew this is the post customer service to expect, we would have never enter an agreement with youWe rather pay another vendor more money and have it done correctly and not suffer any unnecessary abuse or threats from you.We still want to solve this in a professional manner and out of court so we all can avoid any unnecessary legal cost and time, but if you do decide to go with the legal route, we're fine with that as well since we're pretty certain you don't have a case based on the facts and failure to provide what was agreed upon onAlso, not to mention, your constant threats and pressure tactics, which will not serve well in court. If you do decide to amend this, please just contact us and have some look at the system when it's raining (this Thurs is when it rains), we can proceed from thereAnd when the issue is resolved, we will retract our complaint and update our reviewsPlease do the right thing and avoid any unnecessary conflict and time spentThis minor thing can be resolved if you just own up to what a rightful business owner would do to ensure a continued and lasting customer relationship, not just with us, but with others.Best, [redacted] *

You mentioned yourself that your drains workYou feel they should work fasterThis claim should be removed based off that omissionI've given you my grounds for helping you twoI will not, at this point, lift a finger to help you further until your Negative Yelp post and Revdex.com claim has been withdrawnIf you remove them, again I will have either myself or someone else in my crew look at your drainage and possibly add more drains if needed if I feel they are neededYou can always repost your Negative Yelp review and file another claim with the Revdex.com if I don't show or have someone show within two weeks of removing your negative reviewsThose are my termsTake them or leave themI have provided a solutionThat's all I can do at this point P.S You say why remove the Negative Reviews before I do the work? Because then they won't be hurting my company while we wait for another rain fallAnd everyday they are up my attorney is calculating the damages from our lost revenueSo Id ask you to take them down before I have him file against a suit against you Regards, [redacted]

Dear Sir,I read Mr [redacted] statement and I have to say I'm very surprisedThat is not what happenedWhy would anyone offer me $just because? As Mr a [redacted] said "not admitting guilt"In fact he specifically offered me $for the crackI did try to talk to Mr [redacted] and give him an opportunity to do the right thingOffering me $is not what needed to be doneI explained Mr [redacted] that $will not cover the cost of repair of my drivewayI told him that I want broken section to be replacedMr [redacted] said that he cannot do it unless he changes the whole driveway, since the driveway is colored and stampedI never asked Mr [redacted] to replace the whole thingAs I wrote in my initial complaint, Mr [redacted] did not even meet with meHe scheduled an appointment, but did not show upHe called and said that he stopped by earlier to look at the crackHe told me that the crack was oldI told him that I have a picture of my driveway when they started working on next door's propertyHe asked me to send it to himHe suppose to look at it an call me right backHe never call back nor returned my callIt was not an only yime they used my drivewayI included a statement from next door neighbors who saw their vehicles on my driveway on numerous occasionsPlease let me know if you need another copyThe adjuster who did an estimate also said the crack was brand newWhat bothers me the most is that how I was treated by the people who were constantly trespassing which lead to the property damage

My stance still remains because it's factHowever, if you retract your claims from Revdex.com and Yelp I'll be glad to look at your property to see if we can find a resolution like I stated to [redacted] less than a month agoAlso note the drain effected that's not near any softscape is tied to the drain that is clogged by the Silty dirt area thusly clogging the drain in the hardscape areaSo again if you remove the Revdex.com claim and the Yelp claim I will schedule a time late next week to review your drainage issue with you and hopefully find the clog and remove the clog for you free of chargeNext week of course depends on if it rains heavy or notWe need at least sunny days prior to us arriving so that we can work on dry enough surfaces [redacted] Owner

HiI mean to say "does not drain"....."*** told us the drainage will not be a problem, however, anything more than light rain, the drainage does not drain properly and floods the propertyWe've left him several messages and calls, but he never returns our calls."

Attached is a copy of the Change Order that is signned by ***Its is dated November 29th, which is four days after the approximate start dateProving that the statement "They never contacted us nor returned our calls, even after the proposed start date had passed. " is falseThey decided on the desired material on Nov29th, after the approximate start date, Novermber 25th, had passedOnce the change order for the chosen material was signned, we were able to add them to our startable projectsThe ***'s informed us that they had their project completed by another company while in contract with Pavers Made Possible

I am writing in response to the complaint made by *** * *** ***The contract was signed on (10/25/2017), and the approximate start date was November 25th, Pavers Made Possible was waiting on a few final details such as what type of pavers and color as well as several other
TBD items on the contractThese details were not decided on until November 29th, after the approximate start dateDue to the indecision, we had to move foreword with other signed contractsStarting other projects meant this contract was pushed a bit, and we were not able to start when the client desiredWe made multiple attempts to contact, meet with, and work with the client so that we could move foreword with their projectPrior to the complaint made with the Revdex.com, the client informed us that they hired another company and had their project completed without allowing Pavers Made Possible to complete the contract originally agreed uponIn our contract there is a three day right to cancel from the original signature date, which allows the client to receive their deposit back in fullThe client was fully aware of this clause. Thank you,*** ***

To Whom It may concern,
We at Pavers Made Possible including Myself *** *** the owner of the company have reviewed Mr** complaint and our assessment is as follows; We had a very good relationship with Mr** and his wife *** ** while constructing his beautiful new backyard Paver patio and basketball court We did remove all the old drainage and added new drains to this backyard property because the home owners have had issues with drainage before in their backyard. During & After completing this clients project we informed both He and his Wife that his property has a lot of "silty" clay soilWhich can clog a drainage system if proper landscaping isn't added to help filter the silt down and away from his new drainage systemWe offered to install the landscaping at an additional cost of course but unfortunately they declined since they had already added to this project already in the form of more Paver Hardscaping. I did again before closing out their project, inform both Mr& Mrs ** that they needed to get landscaping done in their backyard to help prevent clogging our new drainage system we installedWe of course showed both clients that the drains worked by running a hose down each drain for minutes at a time showing proper drainage from the backyard to the new outlets in the front yardThey were very happy with our work overall and signed off on our project and paid us our balance owedThey have since referred friends to my company for work as well. We in, our view, are clearly not negligent for the clogging of their new drain systems that we installedThey have unfortunately written a star review on Yelp and posted a photo showing our drains not working due to unlandscaped softscape around one of our drains proving their own negligenceThank you for hearing our side in this matter

I am rejecting this response because of the following:We're not disputing the paving itself, just the drainageWe made it clear to *** and the other prospective vendors before coming to any agreement that the drainage would the priority over any hardscape paving*** reassured us that the system (flex drain and not a French Drain) would suffice for our propertyThe only test performed on the system was using my garden hose to run slow moving water through a couple drains. However, upon the first rain in Fall, we've contacted *** to inform him that drainage is not working and we're experiencing flooding and he responded via text that he'll have someone come over to at least look at the issue, but no over ever showFrom then on, we've make numerous attempts to contact him, but we received no response, and we've even sent him pictures of the drains and flood areas via text for follow-ups, but to no resolution. We felt the only way to get his attention to resolve this issue is to file a complaint to Revdex.comAll we're asking is for *** to have him take a look at issue and see what needs to done to correct drainageAlso, for the record, we've never refer anyone to his businessIf he did resolved the situation back in Oct., we would definitely consider the referralsIf he does agree to resolve this, I done mind retracting my complaint and updating the Yelp reviewI'm just stating the facts so this can be resolved professionallyFurthermore, I've attached several pictures from the recent rain for referencePlease note the drains that are not near any soil are the ones that also suffering from poor drainage. Thanks and please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly.Sincerely,*** ** * *** ***Best,

I am rejecting this response because: the business claims "multiple attempts were made to contact me", and that statement is false. There were zero attempts to contact me in the month before the start dateIn addition, I contacted them at least times over a two week period and never got called back. The only way I was able to speak with someone was after leaving a one star review when I gave up hope a month laterI was contacted immediatelyThis is poor business practice at best, and now they will not return the deposit even though they blew off my job completely

I am rejecting this response because: setting an approximate start date implies that communication will occur near the start date to set an actual date. The company refused to call back after repeated attempts to contact including multiple messages left with a live receptionist.  The ratings were submitted after many weeks of not hearing anything back from the company while we continued to reach out. Imediately after posting a review the company finally reached out offering to cancel the contract.  After we accepted, they did not refund the deposit as they promised, and nobody we spoke to remains employed by this company.  The job was abandoned and we stand by the abandonment claim. We also request the company stand by their offer to refund the deposit.

To whom it may concern,We have been in contact with Mrs. [redacted] and tried to resolve her concerns. She informed us that we cracked her driveway when we used her driveway to make a U-turn on her dead end street. She showed us the picture of our trailer, one tire on her driveway and one tire off her...

driveway (in her gravel). She asked me to pay to replace her driveway. I informed her that I would look at her driveway personally and go from there with my assessment. I, with my operations manager [redacted], viewed the driveway and determined the "hairline" crack she was referring to was preexisting along with other hairline cracks throughout her driveway and walkway areas.                 I did offer Mrs [redacted] $100 (not admitting guilt) but for her being upset that we used her driveway. She informed me that I could go (expletive) myself with my $100. I informed her that I'm again sorry for her inconvenience and that I can no longer speak with her since she's not willing to speak with me in a professional manner.                So now my company and I will no longer be offering to Mrs. [redacted] monetary or any other compensation for using her driveway to turn around on her dead end street. Also, I'd like to note that our trailer weighs 1,500 pounds empty which it was during this turn around clearly shown in her photograph and most likely weighs less than her own vehicle.Thank you,[redacted]

You mentioned yourself that your drains work. You feel they should work faster. This claim should be removed based off that omission. I've given you my grounds for helping you two. I will not, at this point, lift a finger to help you further until your Negative Yelp post and Revdex.com claim has been withdrawn. If you remove them, again I will have either myself or someone else in my crew look at your drainage and possibly add more drains if needed if I feel they are needed. You can always repost your Negative Yelp review and file another claim with the Revdex.com if I don't show or have someone show within two weeks of removing your negative reviews. Those are my terms. Take them or leave them. I have provided a solution. That's all I can do at this point.  P.S You say why remove the Negative Reviews before I do the work? Because then they won't be hurting my company while we wait for another rain fall. And everyday they are up my attorney is calculating the damages from our lost revenue. So Id ask you to take them down before I have him file against a suit against you.  Regards,[redacted]

My stance still remains because it's fact. However, if you retract your false claims from Revdex.com and Yelp I'll be glad to look at your property to see if we can find a resolution like I stated to [redacted] less than a month ago. Also note the drain effected that's not near any softscape is tied to the drain that is clogged by the Silty dirt area thusly clogging the drain in the hardscape area. So again if you remove the Revdex.com claim and the Yelp claim I will schedule a time late next week to review your drainage issue with you and hopefully find the clog and remove the clog for you free of charge. Next week of course depends on if it rains heavy or not. We need at least 4 sunny days prior to us arriving so that we can work on dry enough surfaces. [redacted]Owner

Dear Sir,I read Mr. [redacted] statement and I have to say I'm very surprised. That is not what happened. Why would anyone offer me $100 just because? As Mr a [redacted] said "not admitting guilt". In fact he specifically offered me $100 for the crack. I did try to talk to Mr. [redacted] and give him an opportunity to do the right thing. Offering me $100 is not what needed to be done. I explained Mr. [redacted] that $100 will not cover the cost of repair of my driveway. I told him that I want broken section to be replaced. Mr. [redacted] said that he cannot do it unless he changes the whole driveway, since the driveway is colored and stamped. I never asked Mr. [redacted] to replace the whole thing. As I wrote in my initial complaint, Mr. [redacted] did not even meet with me. He scheduled an appointment, but did not show up. He called and said that he stopped by earlier to look at the crack. He told me that the crack was old. I told him that I have a picture of my driveway when they started working on next door's property. He asked me to send it to him. He suppose to look at it an call me right back. He never call back nor returned my call. It was not an only yime they used my driveway. I included a statement from next door neighbors who saw their vehicles on my driveway on numerous occasions. Please let me know if you need another copy. The adjuster who did an estimate also said the crack was brand new. What bothers me the most is that how I was treated by the people who were constantly trespassing which lead to the property damage.

Hi [redacted],This is really not going anywhere since you keep using scare/threat tactics, which in our opinion, is not the right way to treat a customer whether it's during the project or post completion. The drain appears to be working the same before you install your system. To reiterate again, before we even agree to anything with any of the vendors that came to quote, including you, we made it clear that the drainage was number one priority before any paving is done. You've reassured us that the system you put it will be way sufficient and we will not experience any flooding. Of course, that's not the case. We've provided you many occasion to rectify this in a professional manner, but time and time again, you resort to threats/pressure tactics when communicating with us. If we knew this is the post customer service to expect, we would have never enter an agreement with you. We rather pay another vendor more money and have it done correctly and not suffer any unnecessary abuse or threats from you. We still want to solve this in a professional manner and out of court so we all can avoid any unnecessary legal cost and time, but if you do decide to go with the legal route, we're fine with that as well since we're pretty certain you don't have a case based on the facts and failure to provide what was agreed upon on. Also, not to mention, your constant threats and pressure tactics, which will not serve well in court. If you do decide to amend this, please just contact us and have some look at the system when it's raining (this Thurs is when it rains), we can proceed from there. And when the issue is resolved, we will retract our complaint and update our reviews. Please do the right thing and avoid any unnecessary conflict and time spent. This minor thing can be resolved if you just own up to what a rightful business owner would do to ensure a continued and lasting customer relationship, not just with us, but with others.Best,[redacted]

Hi [redacted]. I don't understand why you keep mentioning that it's a false claim. The day we've filed the claim to Revdex.com was the only time (about a week ago) you've called since you've responded via text in October of last year. And during the last call, you didn't offer any resolution, but more of a coercive call to notify us that your lawyer will be contacting us to file suit for slander when in fact, we're just stating the facts and complains. The so-called soil you keep mentioning is the soil that your company brought to our property for landscaping. I'm pretty sure it's not the soil issue as the flood eventually drains, but more of the system installed being inadequate to handle the drainage during anything heavier than light rain. You offer to unclogged the system, but I don't believe it's a clog issue, but just a insufficient system that's overloaded during any rain. Also, you mentioned performance has to be on contingency basis that we remove our claim and posting. That doesn't make sense since should you guarantee your drainage work by least coming by to assess the issue? If he issue is corrected, we don't mind retracting the claim and updating the post.  Also, it makes sense to lease have you or someone come over during the rain to see for themselves the drainage issue, that way, you can validate the legitimacy of the problem and perhaps, troubleshoot when the problem is happening in real time. Please don't hesitate to contact us at your earliest to resolve.Best,[redacted]
