My experience with hardscape artists was very goodThey gave me an average price and delivered excellent resultsThey sealed the patio that drops to my homes crawlspace very well, the EP Henry pavers look great, and they sculpted the pavers with a slight curve which added some area I wanted and styleThey didnt try to sell me on more than I needed, which I appreciate being a young homeownerOnce the patio job was started they were out here every day working on it until it was doneAnother good thing about them was Eric went back and forth on price and different ideas on how to do the patio using text messagingThis made the process faster and more convenient vs phone calls or emailsThe only negative thing was getting a start time for the project once I committed to themThey did start within weeks, but they didnt give me a firm start until about days prior to starting the job
I hired Eric T*** dba Pavescapers and/or Hardscape Artists, LLC, on October 2, for a two week job, to demolish and rebuild a raised patio and steps I paid 1/down and another 1/six days laterSoon thereafter, all work stopped T*** offered multiple excuses (but only when I contacted him to ask where he was), and he promised repeatedly to resume workFrom October to the present, the main access to my house has remained unusable On November 22, five weeks after the job was supposed to be completed, T*** asked for a $advance, made out to him personallyHe promised completion in days This was the second time T*** asked for checks to be written to him rather than to the businessWork was never completed, and the work that was completed did not adhere to contract specificationsT*** left construction debris blocking my driveway and one side of my garage, and he never returnedI will have to hire another company in the Spring to partially demolish T***s work, install proper drainage and to finish the job I sued T*** and received a default judgment, which I will now seek to enforceBeware of this company - he caused my family and me financial and emotional hardship at a time when we were already dealing with a sudden death in our immediate family
I am reposting my review from earlier because the website cut it off I would like to thank Eric Tyson and his crew for the installation of my fire pit and patio in for our house in Audubon ,PaThey did a top-notch job and I would recommend them to anybody that's looking to enhance their backyard project E.B***
