I was very impressed by the work done for me by Paving Services. I had little knowledge of the paving process and was surprised at the thorough, in detail explanation that I was given , by a very patient guy .. clean professional appearance was also noticed . The job was done promptly as was promised and exceeded my expectations . Received a follow up with more care info also. Would highly recommend this company !
Paving Services ct issued a contract to performing a asphalt paving and mason job. Deposit was made for these two services. Paving services removed old asphalt driveway and over a period of two months my driveway has not been paved. I contacted paving services owner to demand that he complete his contract work. I was told by paving services owner. That he did not need my work, and my deposit was kept.
Your deposit covered the removal of your asphalt driveway which was completed. We scheduled a time to pave your driveway and when we arrived your truck was in the driveway. You got upset that we were taking a few weeks to pave your driveway when the gravel had to sit and harden. The gravel was not fully hardened and could not be paved. You then said you didn’t want us to pave your driveway because we were taking too long to get there. We didn’t steal your money and we certainly aren’t scammers. You paid for the removal of your driveway, that “deposit” covers the work that was completed. Sorry your in a rush to pave your driveway and was unable to wait until your base was hardened. We let you know we were coming 2 days before and you failed to move the truck making it impossible for us to pave that day.
Paving Services did a great job on my driveway. They worked with my budget and gave me exactly what I wanted and expected. Bill was honest and explained the whole process to me and answered all my questions. He even gave me an aftercare packet before he left so I knew how to care for my driveway. I highly recommend this company, it’s good to see a company who genuinely cares about their customers.
