Paving Solutions

Paving Solution was contracted by *** to construct/pave a driveway with asphalt. The customer paid in full the contracted amount of $5,500 dollars as contracted. The vendor, Paving Solutions, performed the job but didn't ensure the quality of the work done. Within days the driveway started accumulating water under the asphalt and cracking, also eroding the edges, in addition they failed to remove the plastic edges existing or the pieces of moulch and instead just poured asphalt over both.

After only a month weed started growing between the cracks and the water is softening the driveway. We have contacted the company owner *** and appealed to his honor but we haven't received a call back and now our calls are not answered. The contract had a 2 year warranty on labor and materials but after only 1 month we are seeing the poor job and the business is not taking responsibility and honoring the contract.
