Review: Charges my credit card the monthly fee but sends out product a month late every time. Quality of products poor and, in many cases, not packaged safely. They buy in bulk and then package beef bones in plastic zip lock bags with a label they make themselves. They never return calls or answer their phone and now the number they have listed on their website says it is disconnected. I have left several messages prior to the phone being disconnected for them to call me back with no response. I have cancelled my subscription with them via email so hope my credit card will not be charged again. They keep saying the products are back-ordered and that is why they are shipping the boxes out late every month. They say they are reorganizing the company and every other excuse as to why they cannot be professional. Also, they just sent out an email informing everyone that they will be closed for 2 months (October and November) and that they hope to be back up and running in December. This company is a total joke!Desired Settlement: Refund of all charges associated with this company for last 3 months of charges. 10.00 x 3= 30.00 refund on my debit card.

Review: I continue to be charged for boxes I do not want. I originally signed up for a one month subscription. I decided I did not want to continue and tried to cancel my subscription. Easier said than done... The boxes kept coming! I emailed the company and then called them. They said I would receive two month's credit and my subscription would be discontinued. That was in August and I have been billed twice more.

I have email documentation from the company stating I would not be billed for items I was, in fact, billed for.Desired Settlement: I would like to be credited for both the two months promised as well as the months I was billed (Aug, Sept) after that conversation.

Review: I've tried cancelling my subscription to this monthly box by email, phone and even Facebook. I have not been able to get a response or confirmation of cancellation from the company.Desired Settlement: I want my subscription cancelled and to no longer be charger for nor receive these boxes.

Review: I purchased a One Year subscription for monthly PawBox deliveries on August 16, 2013. On August 28, 2013, I emailed the company asking when my first PawBox would be shipped, since in the Welcome email they state that it will be shipped right away and they will send a tracking number when the box is shipped. I did not receive a reply. I received my first PawBox during the first week of September 2013. Inside of the PawBox was a card saying that this was August's box. On October 2, 2013, I sent another email to the company because I still have not received my second PawBox (which would be the September's box). They replied on October 10, 2013, stating that they are in a "Transitional Process" with the company, and that the next PawBox will be delivered in December of 2013, and they will add on 3 additional months to subscribers for the backup / delay in the monthly boxes. Sometime around October 10-October 14, 2013 I received my second PawBox. I was disappointed with the products inside. But I wanted to give the company until December 2013, when their "Transitional Process" should be complete and they would be sending out new PawBoxes. On January 20, 2014, I sent an email to the company stating that I still have not received any more PawBoxes, and that I would like to cancel my subscription and receive a refund. I have not heard any response. Their web page has been taken down. I paid for a One Year Subscription to receive monthly PawBoxes in the mail, I received a total of 2 PawBoxes since August, 2013. I feel I have gotten scammed, along with countless other people who signed up for this service.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the full amount that I paid for the One Year subscription. It would be nice to also have an explanation of what happened to the company and why they have no care for Customer Service.
