Paw Paw Lake Mobile Home Park

The woman running it is very rude and unprofessional. We had money up front to rent She refused to rent from us bc we don't have money when we clearly did. The review on the place are bad I'm glade we p***ed on it any way. She hung up on my sister only to *** dial her and we heard her talking *** about us to some one in her car I found that very rude and unprofessional. Would give zero stars if I could.

Moved in on a month to month lease in November. Landlords were always available in the beginning. They were extremely eager to rent the home out. I was very skeptical at first but they had remodeled a few things. I guess enough to make it appear livable. Couple months in and I was having extreme fatigue, nausea, and very frequent dizzy spells. Having Lupus I thought I was having a flare from stress. Then both my kids became frequently sick and their dad with frequent headaches. We learned that there is an extremely large amount of black mold that has formed under the house that is not fixable. Wr moved out right away and have made numerous attempts to call, message, and even stop by the landlords home with no answer or reply to any of these attempts. Every time we go by her home she has her "closed" sign up. She has changed her phone number and is avoiding the conversation at all costs. For a month now they have frequently shut off all water supply to the mobile homes without informing anyone they were going to be doing that. The park is supplied by a well which they charge us to use. I've never paid for well water before this. They hung a "boil water" notice and didn't tell us why or for how long and when asked the only reply we got was they're having issues. How do I know the water wasn't making us sick as well. They can't provide us any information.
