I was told by the employees of this practice that my only personal payment would be $695 for the doctor and $300 for the facility for an injection this doctor performed on me at Southeast Surgical Center who's address is on Dr. Grover's business card. I have since been repeatedly sent a bill for $374.79. I tried calling the [redacted] ph # on the bill, but all I get is someone's cell phone voicemail.
