At this time, I have been contacted directly by Northport Carpet Cleaning Pros regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The company claims they are not responsible for damage that occurs in their possession outside of the cleaning service They provided me with another address (finally) which is [redacted] ** Please try this address for mailing requests to them Otherwise, the phone number I listed for them [redacted] ***, can be used as well When I finally spoke with the apparent owner, said his name was [redacted] ***, he told me to 'do what I needed to do' in regards to filing with the state When I let him know that I had taken notes of the entire process and issue with the company to submit, his response was "oh yea? Did you also take note of the fact that you didn't pay me?" I did not pay the company for the service provided because there are still stains on our rug and the rug is clearly severely damaged After the last conversation I had with the company and apparent owner on 10/**, I have not contacted them again and they have not contacted me Their solution proposed was to take my rug and try to repair the holes on the rubber backing, repair the misshapen/wrinkled leather boarder and somehow repair the fact that the rug has shrunk about 2-inches all around I declined the offer as I do not trust my rug in their possession any longer.Please let me know if you have any other questionsI can be reached also at [redacted] ***.Thank you for your help in this matter[redacted] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

After my last conversation on 10/** with them, I have not been contacted again Their solution was that they would try to 'fix' our rug I will not give my rug to them again The other ultimatum that was put to me was that unless we pay for their cleaning that was done, they will not file an insurance claim to replace our rug They were awful the last time I spoke with them It was the owner I spoke with- he was rude, unprofessional and dismissive They do not have a solid address or way of contacting because I believe their company is a true scam.Sincerely,*** ***
