I understand that a complaint was filed with Ebay and that they closed the complaint stating they found no fault with our listing. You mentioned that the parts you were expecting cost approximately $30, I am willing to pay you $30 so you can purchase them for your guitar. A joke of a company...who gave these guys their brokers liscence? I brought in a Kim Norlein painting still being sold for $200 today. I was lowballed with a $5 offer. I was asking for a $50 loan! When I asked how they came up with that, I was told its because paintings do not sell well. I got told they offer the same $5 for Terry Reddlin paintings (400-500$ painting) also. Pawn America is a scam, they used eBay as reference which isn't bad but when their broker looks at the wrong painting for a reference....They have a problem. Told him it wasnt the right picture and he said it was still $5 and that's all he can offer.

I have been receiving Cosmetic Botox treatment services from Dr. Stuart H[redacted] and esthetician for skincare needs, when he initially opened his Foothills Neurological office and had his small spa services onsite. His expertise of where to inject the Botox to best meet my overall desired need, was always his primary concern, and took the time to thoroughly ensure we communicated a desired cosmetic look. I had tried so many other Botox medical care spa's and no one could compare to the quality of the final outcome I wanted to purse with my overall goal. The esthetician was very personable and accommodating, as well (delivered excellent customer care and service). As the medical spa practice expanded, it was fascinating to see the, New Image Med Spa was created to the medical facility, but within its own building!. Currently, its amazing the array of services one can receive in this serene and soothing, and quite therapeutic for the soul "pamper me, I deserve this" setting. The estheticians and medical spa staff are so caring, professional, patient, kind, and really do take their time to explain products, services, and great deals! They even share great occasional brief pamper parties for new or returning clients to learn and experiment with new spa treatments that are available usually once per month. Its a NO PRESSURE situation and truly amazing prices for results you will achieve. No gimmicks here. I love trying out the new spa services, including vitamin B combo injectables and/or other reputable products. I have referred several coworker and do have family attend here as well, not just for cosmetic, but also for medical needs.

was touched was when the customer came to the store to pick it up. We do not process any pawn jewelry as we would not want to damage or change anything a customer has left with us. The safe was moved from the old location to the new location with all items inside. Nothing was changed. There is no chance that the item in question was damaged or removed. We also hand the item back to the customer after it was purchased and nothing was noted in the system as a concern by the customer. We also have that on video. I am sorry to hear about the issue. As a good business, we can take a look at her pendant and see what we can do to fix it. All she needs to do is bring it to the store and we will take care of her.

When I picked up the pendant, I didnt notice anything wrong with it, but that same night at home I looked at it and notice a difference and called them that same day. Then on 3/10/14, I return to the Pawn spoke to a mananger, showed them my pendant and he told me "if it happen here or not" we will fix it for free, I left it their and got it back, now it looks almost the same.

We have attempted to reach her by phone to see what else we need to do to rectify the situation. The Manager will continue to reach out to her and have her either call back or stop by the store and speak to the Manager Marty Swanson.

Bought an item there, a Universal charger for a computer sold as 'new' and sealed in original packaging. Original salesperson declared this was true and returnable if any problems arose. In fact, the charger caused more internal problems with the computer to where it now has to be replaced.
I discussed this matter with Best Buy Geek Squad and an attorney and seems dealing with any [redacted] America for trust is an error of judgment. This product might not be new, but could even have been stolen off a truck to a legit retailer.
Word of my experience is spreading rapidly as I do work with many Veteran's organizations.

I had an Ultherapy treatment at New Image Med Spa, and was very impressed with the skill, knowledge and professionalism of aesthetician Tamara B. The Spa is a friendly, relaxing environment where I felt comfortable kicking off my shoes and indulging myself in some special me time!

I just want to warn any potential buyers, I had gone in to purchase a ring, upon picking one out the sales person ( Anthony) Assured me to come back the next day to figure out the pricing on the ring, I was told the ring would be put on hold because of our issue. The issue was that it was a ring that was in the 30 percent off case with a sign that says 30 percent off and the Anthony also said it was the case with 30 percent off the ring. Long story short I came back the next day new years eve to find a big surprise. Not only was the ring I had intent to already purchase the day before hand not put on hold, the price on the ring was also switched to double the amount. Now on these rings you can clearly see a price tag. The issue why I did not purchase it was that Anthony kept pushing me to just come back tomorrow since the manger that night would not honor that it was a ring that was suppose to have a 30 percent off of the listing price. He said come back tomorrow after I speak with the other manager tomorrow. I went home assured that the issue was going to be resolved. Low and behold I did not expect the lies put into this ring. I was pretty mad when I realized the deceit. Anthony then said he would speak with the regional manager and get this fixed. So I believed Anthony and went home again to wait for a phone call from him.He never called me back so I decided to call him. After being put on hold for 45 minutes Anthony finally came on the line and pretty much told me nothing can be done. Not once was a apology given from him after 3 days of him assuring me he will get it fixed. At the end of the day I was lied to again and again. When purchasing from a seller at best a big chain industry you should be able to trust them, who really knows what they can be selling to you since they clearly show signs of distrust, lies and deceit. This incident happened at the Burnsville location.

This used to be such a fun place to do business. Everyone was super friendly and nice. Recently, the environment has changed. There is a new Manager, she is a young African-American female. She doesn't wear a name tag so I do not know her name. She is the meaniest, most un-professional person I have ever met. She accused me of setting my own rules and told me I was lying to her when I told her of previous experiences at the store. I have been a customer there for over 5 years, long before she worked there. She told me she did not trust me and she did not need my business. Being this is the case, I will no longer shop there or do business there anymore.

Back in April 2017, I purchased a DVD set from Webstore11 thru Amazon.com. I was greatly pleased with the whole transaction. The item was in pristine condition and "what a find!". All aspects to the purchased were just as promised.

I came upon this site looking to see if I could find any other similar DVD's; was unable to find such.

has the option to accept or decline the offer submitted at the store location. Only the person that owns the property would be the individual that could sell/pawn to Pawn America via the contact. Suggestion: Owner of the camera come in and accept the original offer or find other alternative's to sell said camera.

This is inaccurrate. I came in with the camera, was offered and amount for the camera. I said I would think about it. A couple of days later, my son came in with the same camera and was offered only 1/3 of what I was offered. Pawn America did not know that we were from the same household yet it was the same camera. So my complaint is that they offered my son only 1/3 of what they offered me for the same camera. Is this age discrimination or what is the explanation for this? (In addition, the employee I spoke to prior to calling back and speaking to a manager, was extremely rude and hung up on me when I asked for an explanation. When I called back to ask the manager, [redacted], for an explanation he didn't have one either.) This is about principle and business ethics. I would like an explanation and accountability.
