I am rejecting this response because: We did come in to this shop regularly and make payments to receive several of our itemsWe asked about all of our tickets because we were told that the shops system was undergoing changeWe were confused because our original tickets were taken and replaced with computer sheetsThe new computerized info did not match upWhen we asked why it didn't add up, we were assured that everything was in the new systemI strongly feel that because we had so many items in pawn that our original tickets were not switched out accuratelyWhen we finally paid off all of our tickets and asked about the other two rings we were told that there was absolutely no record of us even pawning themThen we were told that we forfeited and could just pay out to get them backThen we were told that they were soldThen we were told that one was sold and one was in the storeThen the manager on duty could not locate the ring that was supposedly in the storeThe manager on duty realized that a mistake had definitely been made and told us that they would work with us to replace the rings with rings of same valueHe just needed a higher authority to review the incidentAfter several phone calls and emails from us that were never answered or returned, we turned to Revdex.comAlso, of all the items that we pawned and retrieved, the missing set out valued them all

To whom it may concern, The management team did much research on the matter of the customer stated in the letterBased on the information found we can give you an accounting of what happened in the matterThe
items in question were brought in on May 24, for a pawn loanNo payments were made on the items during the day period we allot customers before an item can be forfeitedThe items were then forfeited on August 2, where they were then refurbished and placed on the floor for saleThe customer and her husband had several items in our possession under each of their names that were brought inItems under both accounts were redeemed beginning in August, then in October, November as well as December of When customers enter our sore to redeem items only the active loans are shown as items waiting to be redeemedIf a loan was expired prior to a customer coming in to redeem items then associates do not look those items up unless requested by the customerTherefore, if the customers came in requesting to redeem their loans our staff would only look for active loansAs this is the case, we would have told the customer she had everything per the active loan areaOnce the customer returned to inquire about the forfeited items we then looked them up and found that the items had been expired and removed from the active loan stateThe engagement ring itself was sold, however we still have the band in the storeWe would be more than happy to sell the band to the customer; however, the other ring is no longer in our possessionI do apologize that she made an effort to reach out to management with no availNo record of an email from the customer was received to our company emailPlease inform us if there is anything further we can do to shed light on this matter Sincerely, Peoria Pawn King *** *** Assistant Manager

I am rejecting this response because:
We did come in to this shop regularly and make payments to receive several of our items. We asked about all of our tickets because we were told that the shops system was undergoing change. We were confused because our original tickets were taken and replaced with computer sheets. The new computerized info did not match up. When we asked why it didn't add up, we were assured that everything was in the new system. I strongly feel that because we had so many items in pawn that our original tickets were not switched out accurately. When we finally paid off all of our tickets and asked about the other two rings we were told that there was absolutely no record of us even pawning them. Then we were told that we forfeited and could just pay out to get them back. Then we were told that they were sold. Then we were told that one was sold and one was in the store. Then the manager on duty could not locate the ring that was supposedly in the store. The manager on duty realized that a mistake had definitely been made and told us that they would work with us to replace the rings with rings of same value. He just needed a higher authority to review the incident. After several phone calls and emails from us that were never answered or returned, we turned to Revdex.com. Also, of all the items that we pawned and retrieved, the missing set out valued them all.
