Dear [redacted] :We are fully aware and disappointed that [redacted] is displeased with his service at Pawn Plus [redacted] has pawned this particular item several times with us[redacted] notified us of his tablet not working after he had redeemed ticket number [redacted] and left the storeHe came back to the store after leaving and informed our associate manager that the device was not powering upWe did some minor diagnosis as well as tried other power cords to see if this would solve the problemAfter, no success, we suggested that he have a qualified technician repair the problem and we would pay for the repair[redacted] told us he had insurance on the product and that he would get it repaired or replacedLastly, we have not heard from [redacted] until we were furnished the complaint.If you should have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.Best,Chris L***Operations
