Hello, The home in question is the same property as a complaint we received last week from the tenant on the opposite side of this duplexAs we stated before, the owner is struggling financially to maintain the duplex rental which houses both tenants and both complaintsHe recently contacted us, as his property manager stating that he can no longer afford any major repairs to this property and understands the tenants frustration and he offered both tenants a lease termination prior to the complaintsWe have given the tenant the best optionWhenever conditions are unsuitable for a tenant and they can not be repaired by the homeowner, the tenant is always notified of their option to vacate immediately however, neither tenant has vacated to date
Hello, Please see the attached documents that clearly show no discrimination took place in the denial of the application in questionWe clearly state that no evictions within the last years are acceptedThe applicant had an eviction appear recently on her record and was not qualified to rent from AMGWe do business in accordance with the federal fair housing laws and never discriminate against an applicant for any reasonBest, AMG Property Management
