Pawn World

I bought an item where "Pawn World" was the online seller using an online storefront called "[redacted]". The item is a part for a shotgun called "ProMag Saiga-12 10 Round Autoloading Shotgun Magazine". This item does not fit into the shotgun, it is too large. Now I would like to return the item for a refund but the email address provided by [redacted] is invalid and the phone number does not work. When we call the phone number at 775-337-8989 we only hear a mechanical tone, it's not even a fax number because my fax does not work there either.So, the Pawn World business at 346 N. Virginia St in Reno is unreachable by it's customers.
