Dear Ms [redacted] Ms [redacted] ’s complaint is completely without merit She disputes a $purchase of hardware items by one of her employees on 8/12/claiming only LP gas purchases were authorized but nothing in her credit application limits either the product, amount or persons authorized in that regard Also there were no separate oral or written directives to the to do so either Specially, Ms [redacted] claims that she telephoned her desire to limit all credit purchases to LP only, but that is not true That conversation was initiated by staff requesting her to sign and return the original credit application still in her possession so her account could be opened and used When she did return the signed application it did not include any limiting language! Also, Ms [redacted] claimed that the purchase was not a Bill’s Towing Coemployee When confronted with security camera pictures of the purchaser wearing a Bill’s Towing shirt and driving a Bill’s Towing Truck she said there were lots of those shirts out in the community for anyone to wear, but how many non-employees would be driving a Bill’s Towing Truck? Ms [redacted] ’s claims and excuses are bogus as this is the same employee who made prior purchases from the for Bill’s Towing As sometimes happens employees make unauthorized purchases for their own personal use in which event the employer’s dispute should be with the employee and not the creditor To that point we understand the employee in question is no longer employed by Bill’s TowingFinally in Ms [redacted] ’s zeal to avoid responsibility for her employee’s actions she mistakes the Co-op’s resolve for rudeness The Middleton Farmers is never rude to its customers and was not rude to Ms [redacted] We expect payment of this account or the merchandise returned Thank you for your inquiry and the opportunity to set the record straight.Very Truly Yours,David [redacted] General Manager

Dear Ms. [redacted] Ms. [redacted]’s complaint is completely without merit.  She disputes a $38.77 purchase of hardware items by one of her employees on 8/12/16 claiming only LP gas purchases were authorized but nothing in her credit application limits either the product, amount or persons...

They have not tried to settle the matter in anyway. They have denied allowing the account was set up as LP only and that I didn't speak to anyone else. I have provided email proof that I did in credit. They have been rude on the phone when trying to settle so I had to resort to emails. This negative way of handling business is apparent in their last reply. I am now in the process of obtaining more information that it was paid by another person. Thank you for your help.
