When the customer arrived a part time employee who is my oldest son was presentI took the dog and asked her how short she wanted the body cutShe said she did not wsnt the body cut at allShe wanted the feet trimmed and around her private areaI took the dogs bangs which were in its eyes between my fingers and asked her if she wanted this hair cut out of her eyes and the dog had eye crusties and needed the hair around her eyes trimmed to help keep her from getting eye infectionI told her the dog would be ready in one hour and minutesWe bathed, dried the dog, cut its nails, expressed anal glands and cleaned her ears which is included in every groomWhen she arrived to pick up the dog I explained what I did and because I did not have to clip the body that I would only charge her $for a partial groomShe paid by credit card and sat and talked to me for at least minutes before she left Approximately minutes after she left she called and said her boyfriend wanted her to call and get a refund (not that she was displeased) because the dog was cut too shortI told her I didn't cut the body and she said that he said the face was too shortI told her I took very little off the sides of the face and she said no that he said I cut too much hair out of her eyesI use small thinning shears to cut the hair around the eyesI explained to her that I had to cut this hair away because the dog had eye crusties in the corners of her eyes and that if not done it could cause eye infectionIn the background I could hear her boyfriend shouting and cursingShe gave him the phone and told him to talk to meI tried to explain everything but could not get a word in because he was shouting and called me a [redacted] and [redacted] I hung up on him.approximately minutes later the phone rang (a different cell phone number)When I answered it it was him again and he started cursing me againThe only time I cursed was when I told him if he would keep his stupid [redacted] quiet and let me talkI told him that the next time that they take the dog to a different groomer he needs to go with herHe told me that he was on his way to my place and will get his money back In the almost years I have been grooming and we groom about dogs per week I have never had a customer curse me and talk to me like he didI went to the house and told my husband what transpired so he came to my shop to wait for himHe never showed upHe then started going on [redacted] calling me a [redacted] thief and told people not to go to me I groomed the dog exactly the way his girlfriend and I discussedHe also told people he stopped payment but according to my credit card processing company it was not and it was deposited into my account

We took our dog out to have her hair TRIMMED We asked the lady to just make it a little shorter around her face and butt areaThe lady told us she could do it and it would take about an hour and to come back thenAfter returning to the store to pick up our dog my fiencee brought her home and said "look what she did to ***" (*** is the dogs name)I look at the dog and the lady had cut her hair way shorter then what we told her to doWe called and demanded our money back and she refusedShe claimed that she did nothing wrong and the vet would even tell us to have her trimmed like thatI then again said I want my money back because thats not how we told her WE THE CUSTOMER wanted her hair doneShe refused and then hung up the phone on me while curseing meAll I would like is a simple apology from the woman and my money for the Dogs hair cut back

She paid by credit card and sat and talked to me for at least 10 minutes before she left.  Approximately 30 minutes after she left she called and said her boyfriend wanted her to call and get a refund (not that she was displeased) because the dog was cut too short. I told her I didn't cut the body and she said that he said the face was too short. I told her I took very little off the sides of the face and she said no that he said I cut too much hair out of her eyes. I use small thinning shears to cut the hair around the eyes. He told me that he was on his way to my place and will get his money back.  In the almost 14 years I have been grooming and we groom about 80 dogs per week I have never had a customer curse me and talk to me like he did. He then started going on [redacted] calling me a [redacted] thief and told people not to go to me.  I groomed the dog exactly the way his girlfriend and I discussed.
