Paws-itivly Behaved K9s

I brought my dog to FIDO Fitness which is the daycare side of Paws-itivly Behaved K9s which claims to be a positive reinforcement, structured based daycare. The staff was not very friendly and the first day I brought my dog in they immediately threw her in a crate without even meeting her. I found out later when I picked her up that she did well in the crate AFTER they covered it up with a blanket and banged on the top of it a couple times. After I picked my dog up, I didn't feel good about the situation, but I tried it again the next week. This time when I picked her up, one of the employees went to go get her out of the crate and didn't have control. My dog proceeded to run out of the room as fast as she could and almost bolted out the main door. Then the worker handed me her leash and said that while they were having "playtime", my dog was tethered to a door while the worker left her unattended so she could use the bathroom "quick", and during that time almost completely chewed through her leash. My dog came back to me more stressed out and worked up than when she went in which is not supposed to be how a daycare works. When I picked her up the second day, there were also other dogs tethered to doors for unknown reasons. I did get my money back for 2 days that I didn't use of the 4 day package I bought, but after several emails to the owner, she will not respond to me about reimbursing me for my leash that was not cheap. I hope other dogs are not being treated like mine was, and I worry about that possibility quite often now. I am not sure how the training side of the business is run, but I would be very leary of the business as a whole.
