I am rejecting this response because: -Steven W*** has charged $3,to my credit card for work that was never done or ever contracted to be done by him.-The previous letter from him is just continued fabrication of lies to justify this unwarrented charge. -I NEVER agreed to pay the balance by credit cardI planned on paying by checkHe however had already charged my credit card for this random charge of $3,He has never sent an itemized invoice for this work that he claims to have doneAlso there is not a signed contract for anything he is claiming to have done. -There was never a change in the scope of the job OR the color of the tile as he claims (other than the additional tiles for the sunroom of which he knew from the beginning of the job.) The tile was to match the existing tileThe existing tile is hexagonal/ terra cottaThat never changedOnce again a made up story by W***.-He claims that he removed a border tile and re-laid the field tile? This is just simply not true, it never happened. -His written" proposal" was for something much different from what we discussedI spoke to him and once again said the I just needed him to make and install the bedroom and half of the sunroom He suggested that the workman in Santa Fe were not to be trusted and he could guarantee good people for the work that needed to be doneI said that I was working with a contractor and just needed tile to be made and installedHe said to do what I wanted but I would be sorry. - All of this work that he claims to have done and the untruth of these( made up ) stories can be confirmed by my contractor and various workman that were at my house. - I noticed that there is another complaint on your site with regard to Wastons work.-I appreciate you looking into this business and W***s ethics

Thank you for allowing me to respondThe photos of our tile are beautiful! The tile installation is goodWho ever convinced Ms*** to paint the floor in my opinion gave her bad advice. When she requested the grout color be changed we had offered to change the grout. She declined our offer and hired a painting companyNow she has a floor with incompatible materialsWe told Ms*** in writing, we are custom tile companyThe job was a close match to the her other tile not an exact matchWe made at her approval a cement tile She accepted the tile delivered and we installed the productShe told the tile workers what a nice job they had done when the floor was completeThe workers use the grout she had picked and signed approval for purchase.Three weeks later Ms*** had the floor painted by a different company.We go to great effort to help our customers get the products they order. I am rejecting this response because:[redacted] continues to create stories that are just out right lies.- The photos that he says are beautiful were photos of my existing tile floor. The only photo of his work were the loose pieces on top and the photo with the wrong grout color installed too high to add( as he suggested) another layer of the right color on top. I had tile experts advise that what [redacted] offered was not a solution to his mistake but a sloppy solution to covering a bad job.-absolute lie about him using the grout color that I chose he knows that it was the wrong color-He continues to say that I told the workmen they did a" nice job"  he wasn't even there. This is not something that I said.  I believe that [redacted]'s stories regarding , him promising "not an exact match of tile," what I said to his workers, are all beside the point.  I contacted the Revdex.com in the first place because this man (without any authorization) illegally put $3,932.25 on my Visa card for work that was never done!!! He continues to create stories and lies that justify him doing this. The work that he claims to have done was simply not to be done or ever contracted to be done. He is a con man. He insisted on my visa number for a deposit before he would start the work. He was never authorized for any additional charges other that the one thousand dollars for him to begin. His work was only to make tile ( as close as possible to color match) and install a guest bedroom and half a small sunroom, both with grout to match my existing grout color. I would like to see signed contracts for work that he claims to have done. I would like to see an itemized list of work that he claims to have done.

the complaint is the following: Ms. [redacted] contracted Tiles de Santa Fe to make custom tiles and to do demolition and install the custom tiles for her home in Santa Fe. All of our work as she was informed is custom and prepaid. Proposal exhibit A. Once the tile samples were delivered to Santa Fe and approved by Ms. [redacted] by phone, voicemail and email. We began to make the tiles ordered. She was informed the work was scheduled and we took a deposit. This would start the the making. The balance due once the custom work began in her home. She agreed and paid by credit card. While on the job installing the custom tiles. She began changing her mind on the floor tile color. As well as borders she had ordered and the general scope of the work, we had agreed to do. We removed the border tile. re-laid the floor with field tile as she requested. When the work was completed. She told the workers she was happy and loved the tile. However several days later she sent a slandered email and began to make derogatory statements about the work and tile and grout color. The tile made and installed is cement tile. Her assertions otherwise is untrue.Tiles de Santa Fe has have been in business for 40 years and we realize we cannot make everyone happy.
