 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:Regards,
[redacted]
I was never told the pet insurers name or told when I contacted them about the problems that the kitten had. I told them what costs I had incurred and they never mentioned it would be covered. This was in my opinion
wrong that they never explained what m options were.
