Pawsitive Petsitting and Boarding

I wouldn't trust my pets and my home to anyone else. They genuinely care about the pets, give them adequate exercise and attention. They always do more than what is expected and I don't worry about my pets while I'm away.

My wife and I travel a lot, and with a houseful of up to 7 cats and a dog boarding isn't really an option. We were very lucky to find Lisa and Pawsitive Petsitting. We have left our critters at home for up to 6 or more weeks, and Lisa and her crew give us frequent updates on how everyone is doing, complete with video and stills. It's a great relief to know someone of Lisa's professionalism, experience and caring nature is on the job. A few of our animals require medicine, and Lisa and her helpers have always been up to the task of administering it, which can be challenging, especially with animals as obnoxious as cats. When we come home, our pets look well-cared-for and happy, which makes us happy, too

Lisa and her staff/partners of petsitting professionals are the best we've used in Cincinnati. We LOVE to travel, and we HATE to leave our dogs--but we never doubt for a minute that our Violet and Mazi are in the best of hands when one of Lisa's sitters stays at our home. Reliable, courteous, conscientious, and caring (the most important!). Our dogs (and our house!) are always in wonderful shape--happy and healthy--when we arrive home. What a relief not to have to worry about either of those while we are away. We would highly recommend Pawsitive's services to anyone who cares about a furry family member.

I can’t say enough good things! Lisa, the owner of the company, is incredibly responsive, professional, and sweet to boot. She has an instant rapport with the animals that will be in her care, and it’s clear she loves them all as if they were her own. I am also impressed with the safety measures they are taking during the COVID-19 Pandemic. I would recommend them to anyone.

Pawsitive was an amazing experience for both us and our pups! We did a meet and greet with the owner and my two dogs - they LOVED her (she must be a dog whisperer). After the meet and greet, we decided to go forward with Pawsitive for check-ins at our home while we were gone. The process is so detailed and they really do cover everything from getting to know your dog, your preferences, to even Covid-19 procedures and I felt very safe with the team in my home and the process. They checked in on the pups, went for walks, a little playtime, a little snuggle time, and sent updates to me while we were on a road trip - and that peace of mind is invaluable. I was so happy to know my dogs were with someone they loved, and I trusted. We will definitely be working with them again for any future needs!

We have been using Pawsitive since August 2019 for our two hounds for weekly walks. The team has been flexible with our needs and schedule, but, more importantly, our dogs look forward to their walker every week. I’ve used other services online and they were fine but it’s nice having a consistent walker every week or the days we unexpectedly needed a check in.

Excellent service! We are very anxious to leave our dogs (2) with just anyone (because we've had some bad experiences & one of our dogs needs daily meds for seizures). Pawsitive was so accommodating on making us feel comfortable before our trip. Once we were away - we received numerous updates & photos. They are our go-to when we travel or even for a check-in/walk if we're out for the night. Highly recommend!

Our dog, Juniper, LOVES going to Lisa's for boarding. She enjoys the social time with other pups, their big back yard, and the special accommodations Lisa makes just for her (including special feeding place/time due to her lean diet, making sure she doesn't get the other dogs food, comfy spots on the bed and couch, and sending lots of pictures while we are away!) She always comes home tired and happy after a stay. Recommend 11/10!

Lisa is wonderful. She always helps me out with my diabetic, stage 2 kidney disease pup. Every time I ask her to come to my home and take him out, (usually it’s the day of when I ask) she does without hesitation. I don’t know what my fiancé and I and our sweet pup would do without her!

Lisa is so amazing-my animals love her. We have dog, 3 cats, and a ferret. If she couldn’t Pet sit, we wouldn’t go. I trust her 1000%. Our dog stays with her and she comes to our house to care for the others in our pack.She sends us video of the animals while we are gone and texts about their care. Love this service!

Pawsitive (Lisa) watched our 2 puppers, a chihuahua mix and a Norwegian elkhound, while we were away for a 7 day international vacation. She took extra special care to watch out for my little 6 lb guy, and spent lots of time and energy wearing out our big girl. She sent pictures to us every day, and sometimes even videos which completely put our minds at ease. We wouldn’t trust anyone else with our fur babies ever again. Pawsitive is top of the line, folks!

Pawsitive is amazing! Lisa has taken care of my dog, Jax and my cat, Elsa for us many times now. We have used the check in services while we are gone for the day at work or simply out for the day; she comes and walks Jax and makes sure Elsa’s litter is fresh, fresh clean water for both pets and anything else I could ask for! We have also boarded Jax with Lisa while out of town for a wedding and loved the boarding service too! I get sent updates and pictures of my babies and Lisa is one of the very few people I fully trust my fur kids with and I know they are in great hands and that she treats them as she would treat her own pets. Chelsea has also did a check in for us before and was great as well. I highly recommend Pawsitive Petsitting!

I am VERY particular about the care that my dogs receive when I am traveling and I am very happy with the service provided by Pawsitive Petsitting and Boarding. We choose in home care for our girls so that they are more comfortable when we are gone. Having someone stay in your home when you are away can feel odd but the caregivers that have stayed in our home not only loved and cared for our dogs, they also were very respectful of our home. Not a trace left behind. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

I have used the Pawsitive Petsitting team numerous times when we leave town and our animals are always excited every time they see them. It gives me a peace of mind leaving town knowing how positively our animals respond to them. We always receive pictures and updates daily on how they are doing and our house is always well-maintained while we are gone. We also always recommend Pawsitive Petsitting to our friends and family when they are going out of town. There is no one we trust more with our furry family members.

Lisa has checked in on my two cats several times over the last year and I have always been happy with her care for them. I especially loved that she would send updates and pics often. It gave me peace of mind while I was away from them. I am truly a satisfied client and will continue to use her services in the future.

Lisa and everyone that work with her are wonderful!! She has kept my dogs with her and stayed at my home with them and I have never been more pleased with a dog sitter before! I get updates and pictures/video often and she is in constant communication. Really cannot ask for someone better to stay with my fur-babies while we are away!
