Love that there is more window with fiberglass versus PVC and the colour choice is great. All around a great experience. Our sales guy Derwyn is awesome. OUr first house we knew was our starter home we ended up choosing a PVC product. Derwyn had provided us a quote at the time and tried his best to make Accurate affordable but the PVC guys offered a ridiculously low price. Derwyn never made us feel uncomfortable with our decision and so when we moved into our forever home and picked up the phone we knew we were going with Derwyn and Accurate Dorwin.
My wife and I had planned to install a new front door in our home. As a previous customer of Accurate Dorwin we contacted them and arranged for an estimate. Derwyn was very prompt and provided all the information that we needed to make our decision. He was very knowledgeable and professional and able to answered all our questions. [redacted] consistently makes good suggestions and asks great questions to ensure we're getting the right products for us. Most recently, the window installation that Hayden and his crew did for us at the end of May was efficient, courteous, and tidy ... and they were very careful around the garden plants that were just starting to grow. An excellent job all around.
