I am forwarding you this email on Case # ***. Theses are the two documents from where I bought the new fuel pump from*** *** Chevrolet for Mr*** Vehicle. He said that I had put a used fuel pump on it but here are the documents that say otherwise. The R.O.(Repair Order)is written on the receipt when we received it in parts, that is what we do with every part so we know what goes with what vehicle. The fuel pump that was replaced by Campbell Chevrolet was used, contrary to what they are saying. This was confirmed by Week’s Chevrolet when they replaced the used fuel pump with a new fuel pump. Furthermore, Campbell Chevrolet said they had to overnight the fuel pump, which I assumed was a new fuel pump. And according to the sales ticket it was a new fuel pump I paid for. In my opinion Campbell Chevrolet was deceptive and took advantage of my being from out of state. On account of Campbell Chevrolet’s deceptiveness I had to spend another night in Bowling Green—with additional cost of a hotel and food, of the which Campbell Chevrolet should reimburse me.
