I applied for a $*** loan that they said I was approved for but the only thing is I had to pay three months in advance which was $399 to secure the loan This woman named Ruth Bennett add extension to their sent me a contract for me to sign and everything you were supposed to be 133 a month after three months because I paid the three months in advance stating once I paid the three months in advance that They would deposit for $*** loan in my account within 24 hours this was this past Friday I was supposed to receive the loan yesterday which was Monday, February 3 because I sent it through money gram at a CVS pharmacy which I have all that information and she even left me a voicemail on Friday stating that she sent everything through and that I will be receiving the *** Monday morning February 3 and to contact her if I had received it so I contacted her around noon yesterday February 3 and she said oh I don't know what's going on let me find out and I'll get back with you so three hours later she gives me a call back again yesterday Monday, February 3 stating that they're holding the money from me because now they want an extra three months in advance to get the loan and I know the real legitimate company Because I googled them and they have no complaints or anything against them that I could see but they have their own website everything else oh and she also had me send this money to a *** in Texas claiming she was the lender And I did have a fit with her over the phone because she knew I scraped to get this money and I have to wait till my payday to even give them the money and she knew this and she claims that they'll give me a refund but yet she won't answer my calls now or get back with me and I'm so disgusted I am out of $400 plus the $12.50 fee it took me to pay it through money gram

I received an email saying that I was approved for a loan. After an agreement was made, I received a contract to sign. A payment was made to start the process and I did not receive my loan as promised.
