I am rejecting this response because:The entire response is and full of fabricationsI called in advanced and set up a time to drop my Coff on 10-24-2017, they called me that afternoon to notify me it was finishedI didn’t contact them and demand anythingOn the trip home that night I got the same error messageDuring my several repeatbtrups back to get said message replaced I offered to leave it, was told “no sometimes the codes just need to be restba few times.” One time was told it was only due to low brake fluid, which I offered to pay forAfter repeated attempts to get it fixed I left the CSpyder with them for a weekI was told everyday that it’s be ready that afternoon or the next morningAfter it being there a week I asked why were they saying it would be ready then changing story, that’s when I was accosted by the service representative and told to just come get my bikeI live an hour away and only asked that they give me a little notice when it would be ready to allow me to plan out transportationI never demanded anything at any timeI tried to work with them several timesThey were the ones that told me to come get the bike.

Mr. [redacted] brought his vehicle in without scheduling an appointment on 10/24/2017 and expected immediate results.  With our busy schedule already in place we were able to make the time to complete a computer diagnosis with our BRP interface system.  Our interface gives a detail list of...

trouble codes and solutions of which all were completed and all codes removed.  It is possible that codes can return and if enough time is allowed and we have the opportunity to test ride for a longer period of time to verify successful repairs.  Unfortunately Mr. [redacted] had unrealistic demands to be completed in an unrealistic time frame.  Can-Am Spyders are complex machines that require time, computers and test rides all of which cost money.  Mr. [redacted] did not want to give us the necessary time to complete a thorough repair and demanded to have it fixed the same day.  Therefore we completed the repairs stated by using our interface and cleared all codes and informed the customer of our completed repairs.
