Contacted Glass Contractors of Tennessee, Incabout getting a replacement glass for my back French door They were very punctual coming to measure The following day I received a call with a quote for the glass and we agreed it would be ordered After about a week I had not heard anything so I called Was told the place where it was made was having equipment problems so it would take a few days longer I made more similar calls after that with the same response I did not get a call from Glass Contractors until they got my glass and wanted to schedule the installation The installation men arrived promptly at the time scheduled and did a great job of installing the glass The beginning and end of my experience with Glass Contractors was wonderful However, where they fall short is making any contact during the waiting period This was my back door so for one month I was having to live with plastic secured with tape instead of my glass Even a call to let me know I hadn't been forgotten would have been nice

I did not get a box with part like he say, but he did call me today 4/14/15 at 11:02 am and we came to an agreement that he will give me an valet key and the rest cash.
