The worst company in town
***DO NOT EVER HIRE THIS BAD COMPANY***
Paxton was hired by our insurance company to fix our AC. after numerous unanswered calls they came and replaced a part and put Freon. 3 days later the AC broke again. We contacted them and again after numerous unanswered calls they finally came back and determined that the unit is no longer good (after charging me $800 for Freon). We contacted the insurance company and they ordered a new split unit and since June 9 it was ready for pick up. We contacted them for 2 weeks in vain. When I reached out with a warning letter, he refused to conduct the service and he made threats to me referring to "A sitting judge" in his family in case I decided to file a lawsuit. Now after waisting two weeks with a 95 degree temperature at the house and few days in hotel, we are talking to the insurance company to send us a decent contractor to install the unit.
Be ware of this disrespectful owner and his very poor service.

This is actually an insurance claim which the customer is required to pay $ [redacted] deductibleThe insurance company actually denied your claim because of lack of maintenanceThey still have to pay their deductible to me to come out to service it

The insurance company declined the claim based on the diagnosis provided by Paxton MechanicalThe issue with the heating unit was not related to lack of maintenance issues as you claimed

The insurance company that this was done thru cchs, buys the heat pump for customer and we install they can send any provider to come out, that was not me. they have to pay deductible to  company if product fails after 6 months, from install...cchs has a number of local hvac companies to do...
