Review: I ordered flowers online on Feb 4, 2015 to be delivered Feb 11, 2015. I called Paxton Florist on Feb 4 to verify the order and they had received it with all the correct information. The customer service rep told me she could not give me the florist's name in my area which would deliver the flowers only her manager could. I asked to talk to the manager and was told she was at a funeral. I left my number for her to call but she never called bAck. I called the next day, asked the manager to call and was told she was at a funeral (AGAIN??? REALLY????). I never received a call from the manager AND on Feb 11 the flowers were NOT delivered. I called to cancel the order and was told the money would be credited back to my card. The money has still not been credited back and I have emailed customer service twice. The whole operation sounds like a fraud. I do not trust this business and would not recommend anyone ordering from Paxton Florist.Desired Settlement: Paxton Florist should refund the total amount as credit on my card. In the future they should tell the customer at the time of ordering the florist in the area who will be delivering the flowers so the customer can deal with them instead calling New Jersey and getting the run around!!!
