Pay Less Laundromat Corp

Review: I delivered five pieces of clothing to the Laundromat on August **, 2014. I was a regular customer before I moved to Brooklyn. I returned four days later and received only four pieces. I asked about it and [redacted] said her sister washed my clothes and that she did not know anything about what was delivered. I called the number on my receipt, which is receipt #[redacted]. He said he was the boss. We spoke twice, and he refused to pay for my pants or buy a replacement pair of spandex pants. (Additionally, I told him they were a gift from a relative. He did not seem to care.) [redacted] gave to me the number for her sister. I called her sister, and she said she never saw my spandex pants. I told her that I showed her each piece of clothing before I put them in the washing machine, myself, because they had to be washed on cold water and line-dried, and I wanted to be sure the sister understood. She does not speak English fluently, but I speak Spanish. She seemed to understand. The four pieces I received appeared to have been washed in cold water, because they did not shrink, and line-dried. My [redacted]'s sister argued with me for a long time, then insulted me. As a result, I ended the call.Desired Settlement: I request a replacement of my spandex pants or the money to buy a replacement. The value of the pants is about $15-20. Otherwise, someone from the business may go with me to pick out a pair of spandex pants and pay for it at that time.
