With the recent death of the owner his warranty could not be sent but she was given a letter with the names of people, including the currant project manager for Pay-Less Siding, who supervised the work on her home if she had any issues with the install of her siding She was also given a product warranty from [redacted] that warranties her siding from the maker She also has additional contact information to report any issues with her install of the [redacted] but if there is a product defect that issue would be covered under her product warranty.Cheryl O***Pay-Less Siding Corp

This warranty issue has been resolved, replacement sash installed on Saturday October 3 and customer has paid in full.

This is a warranty issue that we have been working on.  We are waiting on the right replacement parts to arrive.  Our supplier lost 2 of our requests for these parts and when we ordered the part a 3rd time they sent the wrong part.  The correct part should be arriving any day and we...

This issue has been resolved

We are working diligently to resolve any issues and concerns the customer has.  Unless we experience any rain this weekend we anticipate finishing the job to the customers satisfaction.
