Pay Me To Do Your Homework LLC Reviews (11)

In regards to the response from the business for their refund policy, none of that was shared to me.  I had requested information on the status of the refund and there was no response.  The business and I were in communication that day, but it was not revealed to me that the $1,000 was in process of being refunded. However, yesterday, I did get an email of the refund processed from the business, and the amount of $1,000 did show up in my bank account today.   I am satisfied with this response.   Regards,    [redacted]

Hello, I have been reviewing this case and it is very unclear why [redacted] did not just message me back instead of taking this route. I was frustrated when I had received [redacted]’s message asking for corrections on the assignment two days after I had got his work refunded. Here are the last two messages I...

got from [redacted]; 11/10/16- “Got the refund for $350 for the survey thank you" ([redacted]) 11/12/16- “This assignment received a "D" grade so I have attached the feedback. Can you please revise it so I can resubmit.” ([redacted]) My response to second message; 11/12/16 – “You kidding right? We refunded your money for this. If you want to pay for this again, I can get this corrected.” ([redacted]) Which to this message [redacted] did not send a response? Not sure why because as I am looking through the threads it appears that he was talking about the initial assignment that was completed 8 days prior to the assignment which we had just refunded. With some clarity I could have opened the initial case back open to review but instead we got nothing for three months until this complaint? (This initial assignment was completed on 10/13 – 4 months). 3 weeks prior on 10/29/16 [redacted] sent me this message explaining why the second should be refunded in which you can see he says word for word; “The first assignment I sent to you went perfectly”. "[redacted], Unfortunately we have bigger problem then the assignment being late. It is 30% plagiarized with text being copy and pasted verbatim from a sites like wiki and mostly coursehero. Being late is one thing I can forgive that but plagiarism is UNACCEPTABLE. I will need a full refund immediately and the name, number, and email of your supervisor. The first assignment I sent to you went perfectly I paid $350 and within a week my work was complete and I was so happy. This assignment went so differently than the first one.  I have attached all the documents showing the plagiarism and the sites with direct links. Any questions please ask." ([redacted])Following this message on 10/29 because of the issues I refunded the $350.  We always make sure we refund or meet our guarantees and if [redacted] could have explained to us what the issue was this case could have gone differently. My email was in response to the confusion considering the fact that 2 weeks prior to that message [redacted] said the work had gone perfectly, and we had just gone through the process of refunding the assignment that was not perfect. We were more than willing to refund [redacted] for the work that was failed with proof but at this point we have received nothing. The only thing we did receive was still far beyond our guarantee dates (see below). We are typically lenient on our refunds or giving credit but 4 months since we submitted this is just absurd and completely against the policy which he agreed to when paying. As the facts are we dispute [redacted]'s claims and deny the refund requested. Please inform me of any questions, I have screenshots of all communications and all proof of work if needed. Grade Guarantee Terms PayMeToDoYourHomework.com LLC is proud to offer a grade guarantee. We guarantee at least an 80% or better or else a reimbursement will be provided. Reimbursements of 50% of the total price will be made for “C” grades (between 70% and 79%) and will be provided as company credit for future work; all other reimbursements will be a cash refund. Please note that fractional grades are rounded up to the nearest whole number (for instance, 89.8% rounds up to 90%). PayMeToDoYourHomework.com LLC reserves the right to void any guarantee under the following conditions: any assignment details are changed after payment is received (including but not limited to due date and/or time, necessary materials for completion, additional materials being provided, instruction changes, formatting or presentation changes, delivery changes); we are unable to access the course online, or the materials, or are not given ample time with materials; additional information was needed to complete the assignment requirements, but was not provided in advance; our expert is kicked out of the online course if the student logs in simultaneously; other unforeseen instances. It is the customer’s responsibility to familiarize themselves with our grade guarantee, full terms, and conditions that may void the customer’s ability to seek a reimbursement. Grade guarantee and reimbursement is valid 14 days from the day the work is returned to the customer.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Regards,  [redacted]

Hello,  This is the first I am hearing of any request for a refund or complaint from [redacted]. My sales staff should have informed me about this sooner, very sorry for the late response. However, this complaint is completely unwanted and false as we did complete all work per our agreement....

Also, the request for settlement and the terms in which she paid do not match up. To start is the transcript of the negotiation between our sales agent [redacted] and [redacted] ([redacted]Transcript.PDF) agreeing to the terms of the invoice ([redacted]LegalandEthicalIssuesCourses.PDF) do not align with the request for settlement? The request for settlement;“Refund $200 for not completing the services that I paid $100 each for this set. And for my discussion questions for one class for 5 weeks.”Does not match the invoice we have on record (please see attached). As you can see the invoice was not separate by “set”, it was per course. $920 per course, each course was 4 weeks, which makes it $230 per week.“I paid for 7 full weeks of services but only got 3/4 of each services done for each week. 5 weeks for 2 classes each, and now 1 class for 2 weeks.”  The invoice was for eight weeks of work and attached is the proof of grade for both courses. As you can see in the transcript, we took this course on after the client was already behind and were still able to turn both courses positive; one with 93.49% and the other 77.68%, which fully meets our guarantee cumulative 80%, B grade, regardless of the fact that we took on both of her courses late.  We fully expect that this claim is marked as slander as there is no basis for a refund based on our guarantees.  -Logan [redacted] (Manager)  PayMeToDoYourHomework.com LLC  Attention: [redacted]

This complaint is simply an attempt from the student to get homework done for free as we did complete and pass the work agreed upon. Our guarantees on our website are clearly stated and by paying an invoice with our company the student agrees to our terms and conditions. In this I will explain why...

this student has not and will not be offered a refund and why our guarantee was not offered to the student.[redacted]'s assignment was never guaranteed a "B grade" as our guarantee is only valid for assignments that are paid in full to us with 48 hours’ notice. The student made the payment on "05/01/2017 02:52 AM (EST)" the assignment was due "5/2 @ 5:30 PM (EST)" (see invoice attachment providing details), which does not provide 48 hours. On the front page of our website it states, "We get you an “A” or a “B”, or else it’s free! With 48 hours’ notice." So, this student went into this knowing we did not provide a minimum grade guarantee simply that it would be passing.  The second reason [redacted] is not owed a refund is because she did not provide the information we needed to complete the assignment. Which on our home page of our website again it tells students to review our full terms and conditions (this is also stated on the guarantee on the invoice provided). From the webpage http://www.paymetodoyourhomework.com/terms-privacy/ you scroll down to our "Grade Guarantee Terms" which; "PayMeToDoYourHomework.com LLC is proud to offer a grade guarantee for all work with 48 hours notice and payment. Grade guarantee and reimbursement is valid 14 days from the day the work is returned to the customer.”  “PayMeToDoYourHomework.com LLC reserves the right to void any guarantee under the following conditions: any assignment details are changed after payment is received (including but not limited to due date and/or time, necessary materials for completion, additional materials being provided,”After we had received the task the expert was at the end of completing it when he discovered the very last question had a required article we needed to complete the work. By the time the student had sent us the article the expert had move onto other task and was unable to complete the final question. The assigned expert completed 4/5 of this assignment as that information as provided. The student in the end received a grade of 75% (75/100) a passing grade (see attached screenshot and proof of grade provided by student). We apologized to the student for our expert not being able to get the last question done and offered her a credit with our company. The student refused and is now saying we owe all money back, which in the end was never part of our initial agreement or grade guarantee as it is. Based on the facts; we were not given adequate notice, adequate material, and we still passed the assignment the student is owed no refund whatsoever. We will also be voiding the credit offered to the student based on the slander the student is attempting against our company.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.  The issue at hand here (which I shared with the company) is not about the "guarantee". It's about the fact that the assignment was not completed in its entirety. They continue to state the assignment was completed, which it was not. At no point has there been any slander against this company as what I'm saying is true. He states in his very own response to this complaint the assignment was not completed. I do not wish to receive a credit as at no point in life will I ever do business with this company. The fair thing to do would be to refund me at least for the question that was not completed ($105). The part in their statement about the person not receiving the "additional" material is also not true (that is slander), which I explained in my initial contact with the company. I have the email that he sent requesting the additional material and my response email which was 30 minutes after the email he sent. Still giving him OVER 12 hours to complete that last question. The ethics of this company is beyond questionable. Regards,  [redacted]

We have already provided proof that the assignment was completed with a 75%.

We completed [redacted]'s Master Level Exam for her with a grade she did not find sufficient and according to our guarantee, we will refund 50% of your money if an assignment is passing but the grade is not above 80%. Clearly, [redacted] falls into that category. She had contacted us for a partial refund...

and by the time we were able to review the exam she had changed her information which will not allow us to review our submission. She was already told she would be granted the refund as soon as we could sign in and prove her claims are true.   So at this point; we provided the services paid for, offered the refund, and are simply waiting on her to comply with our procedures; her refusal to do so is why we cannot refund her. Once we can review the submission which we completed we will issue the refund to the student as requested, but we cannot do so without this.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.    Regards,   [redacted]

We have been fully compliant in getting [redacted] the refund that was requested.  The last message sent to the client was that we could not issue the refund; "Okay, I am not sure what the issue is. I checked and it appears to not process the refund, I called the bank and they said maybe your...

card changed? That was the only thing they could think of...Either way, I can issue it again or we can apply to credit if you need something else?"  I signed on this morning to see if I could process the transaction and still the same issue is occurring.I informed the client of this issue on June 16th, 2016 and received a response the same day; "I haven't changed cards but could you issue it again, please? If that doesn't work, I'll apply it to credit."   We have tried to issue the refund, we informed the client, and were waiting for a response on how we could send the money back to her or if we could apply credit. We can always send money through a check or other online sources but we have not heard back from this client in over three months. If the client sent us messages in September none were ever received, we have our CRM in full swing, and can see every email sent or received from this client, and we have not received a message since  6/16/16.  We will issue this refund as promised over three months ago. I have tried contacting the client via phone this morning 9/22 but no one answered, I left a voicemail, and am expecting a call back. I will also send an email to the client in regards to this claim with full expectation that this case will be resolved.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.  From July 16, 2016, I had not received a message following up with me whether or not the refund was re-issued. I waited to see if the refund would deposit back into my account, as refunds can take several weeks to be received. If I had received the refund, I would have informed the company. On September 6, 2016 at 10:02 am, I sent an email to [email protected] stating, "Hello, I have emailed previously about the refund that I was supposed to receive for $250.00. It has not been deposited back into my account." I also filed a complaint through Revdex.com because I felt that the issue would not be resolved if I continued to reach out to them myself. The company then emailed me on September 22, 2016 at 9:22 am, asking how would I like to receive the funds because they cannot reissue it. On September 22, 2016 at 12:46 PM, I emailed back asking if there is anyway that I could receive the refund in the form of a check. At 12:48 PM, they asked if I could remove the complaint from Revdex.com and that they are not trying to keep my money, and they can send the refund through check or PayPal transfer. I sent back that I checked the website for a phone number, which was not found. The only way of contact that I saw was [email protected]. I said that a transfer to my PayPal would be fine and asked what information is needed for it to be sent there. I also informed them that I would seek to let Revdex.com know that the complaint has been resolved upon receiving the refund. I followed up by sending the link to my PayPal. On November 11, 2016 at 5:47 PM, they sent "We have a policy that these refund are only good for 14 days. This was nearly 6 months ago and you have already defaced the value of our company by your negative slander, you will not be receiving any funds back. Your lack of transparency is the reason for our voiding of refund, if you had been in contact, and stuck by your initial "I will accept the credit" this would not be the case." This response confused me because I thought we were moving forward by getting the refund sent to me and then I would inform Revdex.com that the complaint was resolved. My intention was never to slander the company's name. I just wanted to receive my refund after the service was cancelled. I had never spoken in a disrespectful manner to the company. I do not feel that I was not transparent because I mentioned everything that has occurred from the time of service and I had responded back to each email. I still wish to receive my refund in anyway possible and resolve the problem to close this case.  Regards,   [redacted]
