Both the website and the app are really well done, so it is difficult to notice that is fake at first. But when one pays closer attention, one can observe that the TRADE or GITP token whitepaper pdf, which explains the philosophy behind the system, is a modified copy of creekmonat.tech. Also, if you google GITP or PCI Global Group no results come up, whereas for creekmonat, there is so many real results.
Unfortunately for me I was not paying attention to this at the beginning, and by the time I realized it was already too late, since I had already been convinced to transfer BTC or USDT to the platform and invest them in the fake GITP. Furthermore, the app is so convincing that a graph and stats are constantly refreshing showing how the value of GITP is supposedly going up like crazy, making you think that it is working great and that you should invest more. The Tinder contact of course also tries to convince you to invest more while they send you quite convincing pictures of fancy living in Singapore to make you think you are talking with someone of the higher spheres and who also allegedly has family ties to insider information about this new disruptive tech. Of course, it is all lies.
I invested $25000 to their fraudulent platform only to be almost outsmarted but thanks to my cousin who works with the Agency She referred me to [email protected] they took up my case and helped retrieve my funds
Paychex, Inc. is engaging in a pattern of deceptive, retaliatory, discriminatory, and bad-faith conduct that has placed our company and employees in immediate jeopardy.
In 2019, we signed an agreement with Paychex for payroll & HR services with fees fixed for the lifetime of the account. Despite this, Paychex began withdrawing unauthorized amounts, charging fees beyond the contract. When we discovered the issue in March 2025, Paychex admitted fault and proposed a settlement, but conditioned that on our departure, even though we were not at fault. Although we began using another provider, we never closed our Paychex account.
In August 2025, Paychex agreed to resume services under the original fee terms and apply credits for prior overcharges. Instead, Paychex breached the agreement by creating a new account that excluded our payroll history, mishandled payroll processing, failed to transfer health and 401(k) benefits, and locked us out of records. Employees lost access to paystubs and verifications, creating frustration, distrust, and resignations. When we complained, Paychex retaliated by issuing a termination letter on September 8, 2025, with only 30 days’ notice.
Paychex’s actions have created a crisis: payroll is disrupted; health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits are unmanaged; workers’ compensation coverage is at risk of cancellation; and employees face financial hardship and potential loss of coverage. These failures have harmed employee morale, driven departures, and created risks of collapse. As a minority-owned business, we believe the disparate treatment we experienced raises serious concerns of discrimination.
We believe Paychex’s conduct constitutes breach of contract, fraud, misrepresentation, unauthorized withdrawals, retaliation, discrimination & bad faith under California and federal law. We request that Paychex restore our account and give us access immediately so we can transfer our records to another service provider.
My recommendation is to stay away from Paychex. In our experience they are vengeful, retaliatory, unprofessional, and cannot be trusted.
We reserve all our rights under the law.
Claimed loss: We paid $95,303. Our losses could be in the millions
We have been dealing with Gretchen Madeira, PHR, HR Services Region Manager.
We believe she is unprofessional, vindictive, and biased. We are considering a class action lawsuit against Paychex.
